I'm not sure if I was unclear with you, however since you refused to pick up the package from your local Postal Office the package returned at our facilities after days as explained to you on the previous email and on the tracking number provided by USPS

First, Thank you for finally refunding my money.
Second, I am not sure you understood what the US [redacted] asked me to pass on to you.
If you look at the tracking it still says it is down here, way past 15 days because they already stated that tracking number died when they returned the item the day after they left the notice by mistake and was DELIVERED TO YOUR LOCATION and Left there on 3/*/14 at 6:04!!!!! NOT 15 days later!
Did you call the post office as they asked me to have you two numerous times? The [redacted], [redacted] gave me her name and phone number for you to call did you?
The carrier that left the package at YOUR place on 3/*/14 was Carrier Route ID: [redacted]You were the shipper so only you could file a claim, only you could get any office report from them and that is why they asked you to call them.So if you want to still go by the dead tracking number you still do not have the package so you lied again!Thank you for returning my money and I wish you would listen to people, it was the USPS mistake, they admitted it and asked you to call to correct it but you as the store refused to make a simple call for your customer I do not call that good customer service. You call your customer liars without even doing what the carrier asked, you return a portion of my money even though you will final a claim and also get my shipping returned as there is a $50 insurance on the package and that includes shipping. So you make money still.
I think the public has a right to know what to expect dealing with such a business as this isi not good customer service!

She doesn't know why they returned it but here is the information she is allowed to give me as I am not the shipper:

Review: I ordered a Pex manifold through them and it arrived at my home on Monday the 3/**/14 and it required someone be there to sign. So I signed up for the USPS account and scheduled a redelivery for Thursday the [redacted] and also did a Electronic Authorize Shipment Release with them. It did not come so I took off work the Monday following and the post office had me wait and they came back and said they did not know why but the package was mistakenly returned to the return address.Now the store will not reship my package, refund my money or even contact me.They basically stole my money and this was after I spent $ the week before $394.30 so I am not sure why they do not want to call the post office as they are the shipper to file a claim, send my product back that was returned to them or the factory if it was dropped shipped because I think the USPS said it went to NJ.Desired Settlement: Either what I paid for or a refund.

Review: I purchased an incorrect pump from this company. Called them and was told that I needed another model. I returned the pump, paid the difference and received the correct pump. It worked correctly for seven months and then failed. I called the company to find out about the warranty. They told me that it was within the warranty period and to return the item and it would be repaired and returned. I paid to ship the pump back to their repair facility. After not hearing anything from them after three weeks, I called and was told that the item was refunded instead of being fixed. I asked if they could stop that action because I didn't want it refunded, I needed the pump. I was told that it was too late and I would have to buy another pump. I went to their website and tried to order the pump online only to find that I had been banned from making a purchase. I called the company back and was told the ban was because I had returned two items. One was an incorrect model, which I paid the difference and the other was this pump that was defective. I checked my credit cards and paypal accounts and no credit had been issued. I paid $132.90 for the pump and when I asked about the credit, they told me that a check had been sent. I asked for the amount of the check and they told me it was $101.95. I asked why I didn't receive a full refund or a repaired item and I was told that it was a restocking fee (for a defective product). I tried multiple times unsuccessfully to speak with management to solve this issue. I still have not received the partial refund that they said they mailed to me.Desired Settlement: This could have been resolved with a proper honoring of the warranty but the company Pex Tubing Store decided to make a partial refund in lieu of repairing the item. I would like to be mailed whole and have the total amount that I paid for the pump be refunded. I have already purchased another pump from a different retailer.

Review: I ordered a product from this company off [redacted] and I returned the product. They said the item was damaged it was a metal pump made of cast iron and would be very hard to damage and they said it was dented during shipping and are refusing to refund my money on the item and will not send me a picture of the entire item out of the box showing the damage on the product only send a picture where you can see a dent on black object and in the pictures they sent me of the product in the box there was no damage to the box so how was there damage done to the item inside the box.Desired Settlement: Refund for cost of item and shipping.

the pump was defective, Pex Tubing said to return the pump to them, I did by FedEx for $27.79
Pex Tubing received the pump and stated they would send a check after 5 days, this felt like the beginning of deception and lies, why a check, why not send another pump?
after 5 days they said they were refusing to send a refund, that the pump was different, this is impossible because they got back the exact same pump they sent me
clearly their pattern of lies, deception, theft and fraud has worked with many victimsDesired Settlement: They refused to replace or refund my money.
They should not only refund my purchase price but also the fedex charge I paid to send back their defective pump.
that was the big red flag waving, making me pay to ship it back, then lie and say it is different, thieves !!!

Review: I purchased a shallow well pump from this store thru ebay. I received it 5/**/2015. In September the pump stopped working. The instruction manual stated "company warrants the product for the period of 12 months from date of purchase...". I e-mailed the company one week ago. No response. Called 10/* left message. No response. Called 10/* and the first person told me it had a "6 month warranty". Would not even honor that. Second person told me since it was purchased on ebay it only had a "30 day warranty". Can't file a compliant thru e-bay after 45 days. So I tried this route. Hardly used the pump. Only to fill swimming pool. What a rip off.
