On WedNov4, 2015, I had a meeting at Petty Law office about my mother’s will He looked it over Said it was pretty standard A way split between siblings He said he could take her fee out at the end of the process Seemed to be no problem He asked me to get the deeds of my mom’s property and bring them back to his office I left and went straight to the Tuscola courthouse I got the deeds and took them back to [redacted] ***’s office within the hour On Fri Nov6, I called Petty Law office and talked with his secretary I was frantic I was told by my sister there was a reading of the will and I was not to be there and was left nothing I never heard from [redacted] about that call I’m waiting to hear from [redacted] *** So exactly wks from my 1st appt I call him I got [redacted] on the phone He says he hasn’t called me because he was waiting on the deeds I told him I brought the deeds back to his office the very first appointment on Nov4th He hangs up then ca
