For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was sent a set of very expensive rustic double doors for my home that started to greatly deteriorate after only a few short months. After speaking with the owner, apparently the doors were made for indoor use by mistake (wrong threshold, never sealed for external use, etc). We reached out for months and months and months about a fix after the owner said that she would have her carpenter create new doors for us and they admitted it was their mistake. The doors never came and all messages were left unanswered so we contacted the Revdex.com. You spoke with her and she said that she would take care of it and correct this problem. Over the next few months, we were led to believe that we were getting new doors but nothing arrived and there was no communication. We had our door installer (*** *** 609-929-1361 reach out to her and she said she would send new doors. Again, a month went by and nothing happened. We then had the owner of the National Door company who was going to install the doors (*** *** and Doors 1-800-360-4400) reach out to her and spoke with her directly quite a few times. She said she would issue a refund and would call back the next day. The call never came and now she is not returning phone calls to the owner of the *** *** and Doors. It has now been full months and we still have no sign of the new doors and no refund for us *** *** ***/*** ***. The doors have deteriorated so badly, that people ask about them all the time and they can’t even close because they need weather stripping and they were not designed for it, so the elements get to them all the time (and inside the room). We are at our wits end with this project, and would really appreciate any and all help you could possibly give to us. Sincerely, *** ***856-981-

Thank you for sending this we did not recognize the name and when I started searching through my phone I think this is the contractor for another customer we had we are going to take care of this
