A horrible experience for Active Duty Military living overseas Attempted four (4) emails , two (2) phone calls, and a FAX and my Lab still doesn't have his meds
I was told that I had to have my pets prescription faxed, or mailed to them. I faxed the prescription over personally, and was told that it wouldn't do and to mail it in. I placed medication prescription in the mail a week or so later, and have never received my pets medicine.. It has been a few months, and now that we are entering into the Flea an tick season, I noticed I never received it. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I tried to log in using the information that I have had for this account, and I was deactivated. Their online help was no help at all, and was short with me, like I was interrupting something. I was unable to go on and see where my shipment was. They do not charge until a shipment is mailed, so that is a positive in this experience as I never was charged for this medicine, but now I have to go through the hassle again with my vet to get this perscription.
I have been ordering from 1800 petmeds for almost a year now. I have a pitbull with arthritis in his back legs and the medicine he needs is very expensive at the vets. Petmeds are considerably lower and are very quick on getting the product out to you. I just ordered and must have put the wrong credit card info in, within an hour I had an email saying there was a problem with payment and to call them as soon as possible. I was grateful they sent that email as my dog was almost out of medicine and I didn't need a delay. I called and we got it straight and the lady That I dealt with whose name is Precious, was very helpful and concerned when I told her my pet only had a few days of medication left. She rushed my order for me, customer service like that will always keep me coming back. Thanks Precious and 1800petmeds!!
