To Whom It May Concern,On 12/8/at 10:AM, I left a message for *** *** to call me back regarding the complaint.On 12/11/at 1:PM, she did return my call but I was out of the office. On 12/15/at 11:AM, I left a message that I was back in the office and could discuss the
situation.On 12/16/at 4:12PM, I have not heard back from her.We are willing to help *** *** but require a copy of the purchase receipt to do so. Our accounting office requires this documentation to support our request for the refund check to be generated. Once she supplies this information then it can take 2-weeks for her to receive the refund.Petmate is a manufacturer which sells to retail stores. The retailers we conduct business with will usually handle the return of an item that does not meet expectations based on programs that we have established with them. Usually, the receipt is required to handle this process too.If further information is needed please let me know.Sincerely,*** ***
