Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: ***, the manager, said to take it to a napa car care center through NAPAs claim centerHe gave me the number and wrote down napas warranty, not SnyderI called NAPA and a claim was started, and was instructed to take it to an approved NAPA auto repair shopI took it their and was charged dollarsWhen they called CD Auto, [redacted] stated there was no warranty and has not assisted me whatsoever in this experienceI ask [redacted] this, why did you tell me NAPA warrantied the engine and transmission and even wrote down on my receipt for the transmission the NAPA warranty information? I only heard of Snyder once I called CD Auto and was having issuesThe point is, I was lied toI was misled, given incorrect information, and offered no help facilitating a claim thru SnyderTo top it off, my transmission is now slamming into 2nd gear and is probably doing damage to my driveshaft and rear diffI guess I will go talk to a lawyerThank you Regards, *** [redacted]
We did work on Mr [redacted] Chevy Suburban times here at CD Auto.The first invoice was in April 12, where we installed a used engine, front and rear brakes, and a tune upThe brake job was only labor, Mr [redacted] had his own brakesOn the tune up, we only provided the spark plugsThe customer had his own spider injector and wires which were installedThe total cost for the job was a total of $On the engine, he does still have warranty, but not through napaIt is through a nationwide company named SyndersHe still has a year parts and labor warranty on the engine itselfIf the engine has any issue, we will be happy to provide the number and extension of the person of contact through Synders to square that awayThe second invoice with Mr [redacted] was billed May 10, On that date, we installed a used transmission and rear shocksLike the engine, the transmission has a year parts and labor through SyndersOn the shocks, we only installed them, we did not purchase or charge for themThe total cost of the job was $1319.25We are sorry Mr [redacted] is having issues with his vehicleWe have never had any issues with Synders and their warranty claimsRegards, [redacted]
I asked Mr [redacted] to provide a body shop inspection report of damages, after Mr [redacted] provides the report we will investigate what was caused by the incident here at our place of businessIf necessary we will contact the body shop and asked to be shown the damages occurredWe have been working with [redacted] we've asked [redacted] several times to provide the body shop estimateDue to this long delay we do got to consider that he could've wrecked or cause others damages to his truck between now and thenWe will work with [redacted] as long as the damage it was caused by the jack handleThe other parked vehicle has $ [redacted] worth of damages and the only damage was caused by the Jack Handle, I have the body shop estimate for that vehicleThere was no other damage to the vehicle [redacted]
Mr[redacted] Brought his truck for a Flat RepairWe had his truck on a Floor JackThe Floor Jack then rolled back Feet and the Floor Jack Handle Hit a Park TruckThe only Damage to the Parked Truck was on the lower part of the Passenger Fender Where the Jack Handle HitThe Day of the Incident we Ask Mr [redacted] if everything was Fine and HE said Yes there was No Damages to His TruckI have Picture of Both Trucks and the Video of the IncidentBase off What Mr [redacted] told us the day of the Incident and the Video and Pictures we agreed with [redacted] there was no DamageWhen [redacted] Came Back Days Later I make a Police Report and Called me Insurance Agent to start a Claim he Advise me I Didn't have to make a claim because there was No Damage To Mr [redacted] TruckThe other Parked Truck that took the hit from the Jack handle only had $of Damage, Not Exceeding my deductible

It is through a nationwide company named Synders. He still has a 1 year parts and labor warranty on the engine itself. When they called CD Auto, [redacted] stated there was no warranty and has not assisted me whatsoever in this experience. I only heard of Snyder once I called CD Auto and was having issues. The point is, I was lied to. I was misled, given incorrect information, and offered no help facilitating a claim thru Snyder. To top it off, my transmission is now slamming into 2nd gear and is probably doing damage to my driveshaft and rear diff. I guess I will go talk to a lawyer. Thank you
