I am rejecting this response because:As indicated we do not want to take our dog to a vet who signed off on forms indicating the dog had had the procedure and had notWe are waiting on the $check from their third party administrator and once received this complaint will be resolved.

To Whom It May Concern:   I am responding to a complaint with ID: [redacted]   The customer did purchase a puppy and we did incorrectly indicate the puppy was neutered.  It was an oversight on our part.   Through [redacted] Solutions, the third party service that handles warranty...

or claims, we have offered to have the puppy neutered, at no cost to the customer, at one of our 10 partner vet clinics.  As far as I know, the customer has not responded.  That offer still stands and we are happy to resolve this issue at the customers’ earliest convenience.   Thank you, Petland Batavia
