issues, the manufacturer's options were to send us the replacement part to fix on our own, or to send the product back for repair to their facilities in California which would cost the customer $in shipping costsThe issue arose from a defective cord which the customer had to cut in order to save the umbrella from further damage during a stormUnfortunately, nobody in the area has expertise in repairing this product. We have since continued communication with the manufacturer and they are sending a technician out to our facilities on 8/to repair this umbrella, and also train our staff on how to perform these repairs ourselves so that we do not have similar problems in the future. Since the date of Ms. [redacted]' complaint submitted on 11/16. We have since corresponded with Ms. [redacted] on 11/27/15 via email, and by phone on 11/30/15.
We recommend that customers purchase covers and gently wash when necessary. We warranty the furniture frames, and although the cushions are not...

covered by warranty, we have agreed to replace the complete cushions (including cores and covers) at our expense. This settlement was agreed to by Ms. [redacted] via phone on 11/30/15. We expect to have the cushions in-house and ready to be delivered to Ms. [redacted] by December 31, 2015.
