*** When Ms *** came into the waiting area by him, he was on the phone with a customer arranging towing for a vehicle that had a transmission failure She was not wearing oxygen in by the main service desk or by *** She was not waiting long and then walked off and still had enough energy to stop by the main service desk to complain about Ralph before leaving.
