I am writing in response to a complaint filed by [redacted] In his complaint he states he has had a few issues with his new heating and cooling system and that the job has not been finishedHis job is complete and he has not made our office or anyone in the company aware of any current problems with the functionality of his heating and cooling system [redacted] did contact our office stating that the gas company was requesting some upgrades [redacted] stated everything was working correctly and that it was no rushHe also stated that he would not be back to the area for a couple of weeks [redacted] later contacted me via text message threatening to contact the Revdex.comI replied to him stating that we need to know when he will be here so [redacted] can meet with himAs of the date and time of this letter, I still have not received notice from [redacted] as to when he will be availableAs we have not been able to meet with [redacted] , we have no way of knowing if this is a pre-existing issue that needs to be upgraded or a possible installation issue [redacted] is a valued customerWe stand behind our word and are more than willing to meet with [redacted] if he will let us know an available time that he will be in the areaSincerely, [redacted] Heating & Cooling [redacted] cc: [redacted]
