Review: The contractor replaced the roof on my house. The contract specifically states all work will be done "in strict accordance with the ordinances, rules and requirements of the City, Town or Village, wherein the property is located," however the contractor never procured the required permit from the village. I have now received a non-compliance notice from the Village of Fox Point for not obtaining a permit for re-roofing my home.Desired Settlement: The contractor needs to go obtain the required permit from the Village of Fox Point.
