Review: Had [redacted] tell me he had a extra load of pavement that he would sell for a discount. I agreed to it for $2500 when they got done laying it I decided I wanted the rest of my driveway redone for an extra $7500. He said I would get a 5 year written warranty with it. Before they were done paving, [redacted] was gone, so I asked his workers about it and they told me he would be back tomorrow to seal coat it. I couldn't be there so I called him and he said he would slide it under my house door. When I got home there was no warranty and it didn't look like they did a very good job on seal coating it. I called and no answer, I left quite a few messages and still no response. 5 weeks after it was laid I have plants growing everywhere in my driveway, and when they pop up it looks like gopher holes everywhere in my driveway. I have talked to several people about it and they have told me there is no saving it, it will be all crumbled up and be gone by springDesired Settlement: I have checked on line about them and they have bad reviews in Wyoming and Oregon. The address they put on their business card is a shipping depot mailbox. I think they are going to skip out of town without doing anything. He is a scam artist and I think he should punished by the law for doing fraudulent work. taking peoples money and running should be against the law. I would like my money back.

Review: Driveway was installed not to quality verbally implied or in written contract. Left mess of beer and soda cans along with various other debris. Refuse to come and rectify issues though contract states complete satisfaction. Owner belittled 82 year old man on phone when asked to come and inspect work done by his crew. Told 4 inch depth to asphalt. Sloppy work got pine ones popping through paving job. Told driveway would slope so no water puddling or going I to the barn. The barn door was sealed with blacktop, but did come back same day to fix. Did not pick up mess after job or remedy quality issues.Broke gate to propane tank along with disturbing landscaping timbers.Would like them to remove pine cones from blacktop, make sure the blacktop hardens properly so when vehicles turn wheels the asphalt does not move. Heavy vehicles tend to sink.If they are unable to remedy, then cost to hide another contractor to complete the job.Desired Settlement: Remedy situation so driveway does not puddle water and pine cones that poked through replaced. Gate fixed. If unable then pay for another contractor to complete the job.
