xxxxx sold us a puppy in December in 2015, on a FridayWe noticed an under bite and the puppy was not eating normalWithin hours of receiving the dog we had to go to the emergency vetWe contacted xxxxx in hours from the date of purchase and warned her what was going onWe were told that we could come get a refund on Monday and advised what we needed to bring to prove the contract covered usTook the puppy to the emergency vetIt had a broken jaw, double ear infection, and types of worms (one that requires daily treatment)Also the puppy had a genetic deformityThe puppy is in a muzzle and cannot eat solid foodAnd after being healed will require surgery for the genetic issuesWe contacted xxxxx with all thisShe denied us a refund saying she did not have our money anymore (after being warned in under hours there where issues)Then started demanding the puppy back and breaking all terms of her contractxxxxx would not honor her contractShe did not care about the puppyAnd never resolved this issue with us and we've had to escalate to the courtsThe courts did rule in our favorHer dogs are not taken care ofThe dogs are shy and don't like human contactSeveral say cowering in kennels
This business needs to be shut down! They advertise that their puppies are well socialized...NOT TRUE! We went to get puppy after ours had passed away...they brought out 2...after seeing how scared they were there was no way for us to choose not knowing the fate of the other so we purchased bothThey both had giardia which comes from drinking dirty waterBless their hearts! I can only imagine how many more fur babies are being mistreated at this PUPPY MILL! Please shut it down! It's inhuman to allow this to continue!
