Even though they have replaced my air conditioner and are heat treating my unit for bed bugs they are not compensating me for the price of the hotel room that I need which cost me more because I have a dogThe wall in my living room is still falling off due to the windows being replaced I have pictures to show the mess left behind and the new piece of wall that fell off just yesterdayI am not the only tenant that has this issue with bugs and the wall problemAren't they suppose to make arrangements for us if they need to do a heat treatment that is going to remove me from my house for a hour period?

In response to the rebuttal to our initial response, construction is scheduled to finish the repair on the apartment wall tomorrowIn regards to the pest control, Marina Garden's absorbed the costs for the treatments and notified the resident to vacate the unit for this for 24-hoursPer our conversation with the resident, she stated she stated that she would get a hotel and had money saved up for it

The new manager is working hard to fix my issues as well as some of the other residents it is to bad I had to take these steps to get it done and she is going to have my walls fixed for me sometime todayI was told it would take a few days to have my walls fixed to the standards or building codes I am very pleased with the new manager Danielle is doing what she can and in a short time period
