I dropped off shirts and a pair of pants on 9/that were suppose to be ready 9/I went to pick up the items on 10/and was told one of the shirts had been given to another customer and they had called and asked if that customer would return the shirtIt is now 10/shirt has not been returned to BarrysI honestly dont believe its the customers problem seeing how Barrys made the errorI feel as though Barrys should send someone to the persons home to retreive the shirtIt wasnt my error nor the other customersThe attitude at the counter is to bad just wait till he brings it back.......I wouldnt have even filed a complaint but the people at the counter gave me the impression I was bothering them with this problem
