I said no look at the punched time I came in at 8:29am for the $Early Bird parkingHe stated no, you have to pre pay that?? I said there is no sign stating this and I was clearly in the lot before 9amSo I proceeded to contact the Indigo office againThe staff were absolutely rude, unprofessional and ignorantThey would not put me through to a manager or give me manager contact informationI had to call back several times as they would hang up on meI had to try contacting the other number listed on the website but it was the same people that answered the phonesThey hung up on me, they refused to tell me who I was speaking withThe last person to answer tried to state I was being rude? I stated how am I being rude? By askign to speak to your manager? She stated your raising your voiceI stated I am speaking loud and clear so you can hear as I am standing outside at your parking lotI stated can you have your manager contact me if you can't place my call through nowShe took my name and number and no one contacted me backAbsolutely disgusting I would fire each and every one that works there that answers the phoneAll there is on their website to contact for complaints is a feedback form which I filled inNo where can you find head office information for complaints or managers I complained to as well and they stated this is a private owned lotSo I am following through with this review and Revdex.com complaint This business should be shut down, [redacted] people out of moneyAt the very least I would recommend each and everyone of their staff goes through thorough customer service trainingNo one at this company will give you information on who and where to submit a complaintThey just take your money and say get lostI had to pay the exit amount or I would not be able to leaveThis is [redacted] and advertisement of their parking rates!
We paid to park, but put in the wrong license plate We changed it on the app but it did not register with the sessionWe got a parking ticket On Friday November 30th we paid to park at Indigo parking lot We arrived around 7:00pm, downloaded the app on our phone and created a vehicle profile using the license plate [redacted] Before paying, my husband realized he used license plate and changed it to [redacted] Then he paid $to parkWe then went to our party At 10:we arrived back at our vehicle and found a parking violation notice on the vehicleI immediately called Indigo and left a message about the mix up The parking notice was # [redacted] I called more times between Dec 3rd and Dec 6th and they finally called back on Thursday Dec 6th at 11:I explained the problem again to the operator and she said that I would have had to pay for a new parking session because their app does not allow for corrections to be made to a paid for parking sessionShe has offe
Monthly parking pass billings I have a monthly parking pass in the apartment building I live inIndigo manages the parking lotMy credit expired and I called Indigo to inform them of the changesThere was no answer so a message was leftOver the next several months, I called several times and left messagesMy calls were never returnedAfter several months, my parking permit was cancelled and my car was towedI had to pay over $ [redacted] in towing feesI also learned that I have been ticketedThe ticket says $ [redacted] if paid within daysWhen I went to their office to pay the outstanding fees on my account, I learned that ticket was actually $ [redacted] even though the ticket clearly states $**In addition, I had to pay for the month after my account was cancelledDuring this month, my car was towed and I parked using a guest pass from the building managerUnfair that I would have to pay the month after my account was cancelled
The worst company I have ever parked withThey [redacted] people by issuing [redacted] tickets I paid for a ticket using the parking app with all the correct informationNot only did they issue a parking ticket incorrectly, but they refuse to answer my dispute (I have photo evidence)They have NO ONE available to answer for this [redacted] ticket and refuse to respond to any phone calls or emails about it
We have already dispatched an AC contractor to fix the problem with the heating systemI am unaware of any other repair issuesIf [redacted] provides us with a list of those items, I will insure that they get correctedI apologize for any inconvenience this has caused [redacted] or her family I assure you that NRT stands behind our commitment to have satisfied customers
I booked a monthly parking spot with Indigo West Park at the beginning of the month after days of trying to do so Sandy [redacted] finally managed to get it together and get me a pass The lot I was given is very close to Stampede and I was on vacation for most of Stampede, only returning today On Wednesday, July 12th, I went to the reserved lot to park and showed my pass I was waived through To my surprise, there were no spots available This surprised me as I had paid a monthly fee for a spot on this lot As I was late for a meeting, I told the attendant, directly (not rudely) that here are my keys, I have to go When a spot opens up, feel free to move my vehicle into a spot which I have a contract to park in An hour later Sandy [redacted] phoned me to advise that if I did not move my vehicle in one hour, I would be towed at my expense and that my monthly parking is now void When I arrived at the lot, she was waiting for me and began raving about my rudeness to her staff I clarified (and my friend can confirm) that I was nothing close to rude but did express in direct terms that I had a right to park here and so here are my keys This is no way to treat a paying customer Upon returning to work today, I found a message that was sent out after Stampede had begun noting we need to park in another lot Why wasn't this sent weeks ago so monthly parking customers would have the opportunity to plan accordingly Terribly run office Rude staff who treat customers terribly Sad
Charged for parking in a free parking zone I parked in a minute free zone while buying something at a businessI was inside for minutes and received a ticketThe patroller must have watched me walk in but since I wasn't aware of a minute machine ticket they fined meAs a "courtesy" they reduced the fine to only $Hope that was worth it since now I'll never support those stores ever againThe agent actually hung up on me on the phone
Unjust ticket sent to Collection AgencyNo notification for a year JULY 11, - received a letter from Indigo Collections stating I had a parking ticket from July 19, and a notice was on my windshield - which was not trueI parked at Sears parking lot to go shopping No notices, or signs posted about paid parking and nothing on the door of the store. When I came out there was no ticket on my windshield I knew nothing until the Collections letter arrived Called their offices and they were rude and uncooperative.Receive a Default Notice from [redacted] mid September stating legal actions were starting September 6th Notice states there were various collection letters sent (only one) and various phone calls (not a one!) with no response
Absolutely terriblePoor business practicesPoorly trained staffUnethical and nasty customer service in their call centre It's really important to always keep and save your receipts from the machines in Indigo's lotsOr avoid their lots all together I've recieved my second ticket from these guys left on my vehicle only minutes after I purchased minutes of time at a premium price of $hours was the least amount of time available even though I only needed minutesWith minutes remaining, their meter jockey issued me a ticket for $(which rises to $85.00) if not paid in days I called to politely bring this to their attention before my time even expiredTheir voicemail promises a call back 'at their earliest convenience'Of course that would be not at all Again, I callBut in an effort to reach I live person I select option for monthly parking passesOn this line, they answer first ringSo they do have staff, but primarily only staff who are interested in selling, not staff that are interested in resolving errorsI explain the situationShe tells me she cannot help me- it's not her departmentI understand, but request a manager she laughs and says 'well no, that's not gonna happen mmmkay?' She clearly enjoys her job most when she can aggravate already frusterated consumers Basically, this company is going to ticket your vehicle whether you purchase meter time or notAnd if you choose to call them on ticketing you during purchased time, they will make it incredibly inconvenient to resolve, so inconvenient that you are almost better off investing your energy into just paying the ticketThey will laugh at your concernAnd they choose to price their parking service ridiculously high by comparison of the competition so definitely shop aroundSave time, save frustration, and save yourself money by parking anywhere but with indigo
I was visiting my doctor and printed a tag as I always do and placed on my dashWhen I came out of my doctors office I saw the Indigo driving awayI approached the indigo driver to show him my ticket that was on my dash and he was annoyedHe then took my ticket which showed my licence plate and the hours I was allowed to be parked there and he said he would take care of itNow months later I have gotten a letter in the mail saying I owe $or it is going to collections!!! I have been calling Indigo for weeks and no one is calling me back! what disgusting customer service and a money grab!
I parked in the Northgate Mall parking lot on Saturday where I have been parking since and never before received a ticketOn Saturday I received a $ticket, we were in the Mall for less than two hoursI called Indigo on Saturday and again today and was informed that as of June this is now the rule and there are signsI informed the young lady that after parking there for plus years and seeing signs everywhere I wasn't really paying a lot of attention to themI have not been there since June, no mercy, no graceThis is crazy, I cannot afford $65.00, I have proof I was in the mall and not somewhere else, but not even a one-time warningThe true loserĂ¢?? will be Northgate mall as I will never shop there again*** ***

I was ticketed for a two hour free parking at North Hill Mall despite being there for min only
I arrived at the establishment at 10:30am on Monday Feb 5thI entered the mall to use one of the businesses for my workout of minAt the entrance there is a payment machine for people who overstay the two hour free parking timeThere is a registration for cars during operation hours of SEARS, who are now closed for the past two weeks, so that policy is no longer valuable since its no longer operating I arrived at my paring stall to find ticket issued at 10:47am stating that my car is not registered to be parked at the location despite having two hour free parking for mall customersI called to inquire on the matter and the agent refused any type of communication with management and she didn't offer to help me in any way, but to threaten that I will be soon contacted by collection agencyShe proceeded with her hanging up on meI was refused further service by them over the pho

Southwood Care Centre Parking Lot
As a teacher at *** I bring students to the Southwood care centre each Friday to partake in a program called *** , which connects seniors with high school studentsIt's a fabulous program that bridges the agesWe have been going all yearI park or carpool with another teacher that also volunteers to supervise
On Friday April 27th I was issued a parking ticket by Indigo Parking Authority for parking at a Southwood Care Centre even though I have a parking permitI arrived at approximately 2:pm and I was ticketed at 2:pmI called Indigo's office at 3:40pm after our session with the seniors endedThe reception claimed she w
Parking rates and policies are not well advertised/available to the public
This is the email I submitted on the company's website on Dec15, 2016:
My colleagues and I have recently experienced very expensive parking rates at the Bow locationWe are extremely upset by the misleading information provided to drivers prior to entering the parkadeIt is very difficult to know whether or not you will qualify for Long-term rates BEFORE you commit to the parkade as there is always a long queue of trafficThis practice is advertising and forces parkers to pay short-term rates if the long-term is unavailable, unknowingly and unwillinglyI have searched your website to find a policy that states how/when the long-term parking is full or finished for the day, without successIt is only after my colleague went to the office and spoke to one of your representatives that we learned that although there are spots clearly available they are for short term parkersThe representative was cl
I parked at an Avis car rental location that uses an Indigo lot, and which has an agreement allowing them to keep as many vehicles there as they need toI was given a notice to put on my dash while I rented a larger vehicle for a road trip
Well, months later I get mail about an overdue ticketPresumably, the ticket written by their rep blew off of my car while I was awayIndigo's rep said on the phone that there was no notice on the dash and that I parked in the wrong part of the lot, both of which are not trueThey offer to reduce the amount but won't admit fault, which is curious isn't it? If the ticket is valid then shouldn't the full amount be due? If the ticket was issued in error, then shouldn't the entire amount be written off? This "reduced fee" approach is just another sales tactic to pressure stressed out people to pay
I spoke with a manager at AvisThis happens to their customers all the time and there's little they can do about it
The section on complains in Indigo's terms of services reads, in its entirety:
" Section - Complaints
Any request for information or clarification and any possible complaints must be addressed to the Site www.INDIGOpark.ca under the Contact Us heading
Any request pertaining to a Parking Lot is transmitted directly to the manager of the Parking Lot concerned."
That's itThere isn't even a suggestion of a process to appeal an errorOnce Indigo decides you owe them money, rightly or wrongly, that decision is attached to your license plate foreverYou don't have to pay, their "tickets" don't constitute debt and cannot be sold to a collections agency without a court orderBut you are left to dread the company causing you grief on every future occasion when you need to park
It's truly wonderful how half of Calgary's parking lots are managed by a dishonest, abusive, and unaccountable corporate monstrosityBut it's clearly a successful business model, since Indigo lots have multiplied across the city in the last decadeIndigo should be expropriated by the city and their lots made into public parking
I got parking ticket and I didn't have a chance to explain the situation to the agent
I had appointment at West Glen walking clinic at 11:am on Friday August I parked at designated parking lot; there was a sign for Max hours parking onlyI got back at 12:30, there was a fine that issued at 12:I called and left massages times to let them know that my parking time is in hours free periodFinally at pm I could talk to an agentShe said I can reduce it to $She didn't let me explain the situation, and said I don't want to listen to your story and hung up meHer actions were rude, aggressive and unprofessional
