Review: I bought a pomeranian from the pet fort on May 4th,2013 it lived less than 24 hours so I called them to tell them and was told by the breader [redacted] and Mrs. [redacted] told me she would refund my money that the dog had to be taken from its mothers milk very young cause, she dried up and the rest of the puppies had died, her dog had carried them off and killed them and that was the only one to survive and I would have to contact [redacted] for the rest of the money she got $200 and [redacted] the one I purchased the dog from got a $100 but owner [redacted] leaves her business on friday and don't return till tuesday so I asked the breeder if I could bury the puppy she said yes so I did, when [redacted] got back on tuesday. I called [redacted] on tuesday was very rude told me I must have killed it and I told her that we asked her before we bought the puppy not to give it any shots we wanted the vet to do that but she gave it a parvo shot anyway and I asked her if that could have killed it cause it would fit in my hand then she got mad and asking me if I fed it and I told her I done everything I was told to do which was keep it fed and watered so she wanted me to dig up the dog put it in my freezer and bring it to her the next day. I told her I was not going to dig the pup up and put it in my freezer she said I had to I told her if that dog has a disease it could hurt my family I would not do that, I told her I have pictures proving the dog died so she stared accusing me, my family and my kid of killing the dog. I told her the vets was all closed so I called a local breeder to look at the dog when it started whining and shaking all over, I asked a breeder to look at it and he told me he saw a puppy do that once before when it was given too much medicine, I tried to tell her that but she was so mean and nasty I couldn't tell her. All I asked for is my $300 dollars back and Mrs. [redacted] told me she has people trying to get their money back all the time and she was sick of it cause [redacted] advised her not to give me nothing back on dgDesired Settlement: I want my $300 dollars back and if they want to dig up the dog they can but I don't disturb the dead. I just wander how many other people she has sold a sick animal to, I know her little girl had the dog when they pulled up. I wanted the dog but they are breeding the mom back to back and I don't want another sick puppy that one was passing blood thru it the first bowl movement it had when I had it. Please help me I don't know how to deal with people like them. Thank you for listening.

[redacted] told me she had a TV install and wasn't going to be there but, the breeder [redacted] would meet me at her shop the Pet Fort at 5:00. She would have all the paperwork and the puppy ready to go and [redacted] was there. I gave [redacted] $300 dollars cause [redacted] told me how much. I looked in the folder she gave me when you asked for a receipt but it's not there only the shot and worm records. I also noticed for the first time the shot she gave it was expired Oct. 30th 2007. I sent you copies of everything she gave me and [redacted]s phone # is ###-###-####. I hope I didn't mess up I was under the understanding it was all there. Thank You
