All tenants are provided with a list of charges that are chargeable if we have to send a vendor into the unitThis is provided as part of their lease document, as well as provided several times over the summer so that tenants can decide how to handle the cleaning and repairs of the unit prior to the move out dateThe rates for maid service, carpet cleaning, and trash removal are set prices, and are a flat rateUpon move out, maid services had to enter the unit and clean some of the areas that were missed, at the flat rate the tenants are quoted on the lease and the forms sent, so they are aware of what the costs areAlso, management had offered to split the cost with them, and they agreed to the offer, which closes the account, per the closing agreementWe have supplied a ledger of what we paid for the services, we use our own vendors and will not have anything to give her other than the ledger of the costsWe consider this account as closed, as we settled with them on an amount, and provided the ledger of the payments made to our vendors for the unit, along with the photos

The previous tenant, [redacted] did have a water leak upon moAugust and the issue was addressed in a timely manner as outlined for landlord responsibility in Texas Property Code She and her roommate occupied the property from August to August 3rd When tenant left the apartment for extended period Summer 2017, they failed to ensure HVAC system was functioning properly by keeping AC filter changed along with not leaving the system in auto cool mode as opposed to fan “on” position causing the AC fan to run 24/which caused the dirt build up at AC registers [redacted] offers no compensation for the disgruntled tenantRegards, [redacted]

I have spoken with the complainant and refund check was sent to incorrect address in error. We have resolved the concern of refund and both parties have agreed to close this complaint. Check is being reissued for the agreed refund
