Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] ** [redacted] Secondly, I keep getting emails from the Revdex.com stating that I wrote stating this has been resolvedTHIS HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED These [redacted] crooks are not going to get away with this, not with me.They sent you letters from people stating that I have always been rude, unruly, cussing and painting just this unbelievable picture of how they were all treated, which is 100% BSMost of those letters were not even written by employees or people that have ever dealt with me; those letters were sent to you and the attorney general's office and written by friends and/or family members - probably paid for writing those lies-But you have to stop and think about this, if I was so horrible and cussing and swearing and being as abusive and unruly as they have fraudulently stated, then why didn't they ask me to never come back, or refuse me service???? Because none of it ever happenedThe truth is, I told one of their employees ( the one that I believe has a drinking problem or something worse because she always smells and reaks of alcohol, and shakes profusely), Natalie, that I was never spending another penny in their store after this incidentI told them I was never coming back! Natalie begged me to continue to shop there, but I told her not a snowball chance in h***! I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLUS TAX FOR THIS WRIPPED UP MODLY BAG OF HORSE FEED THESE CROOKS SOLD ME! I will not stop!Lastly, this company has a horrible reputationThey have already lost a lot of customers and many are now shopping at [redacted] I can't wait until PetClub closes their doors due to bankruptcyThat will be a day I never stop celebrating! To whom this may concern,None of the witnesses were paid nor fabrication of informationIt would cost us way more in time and money to do that than refund a $bag of feed.Like in previous letters we offered to return the product under the proper company protocol for returnsYou will find in the attachment a copy of our return policy which is posted at the store and is pretty much standard at all retail establishmentsIf Ms*** do not want to come back with product to this location, she is more than welcome to go to one of our other locations that are authorized to sell *** feedIt would have to be an Authorized dealer of *** Feed due to the Agreements that *** has set forth.Again we are willing to give refund or exchange with the product returned to the businessThat is all we asked from the beginning
