We have never placed our two doggies in a kennel. The oldest dog is almost 15 yrs. with multiple health issues and the youngest is 8 yrs. and on several medications that require correct dosage and timing. We had to go out of town for several days without our babies. We saw an article in The Toledo Blade in The Living Section about Pet Amigo and [redacted] and [redacted] came to our rescue. From the first phone call to ***, followed by the meet and greet(which raised my esteem for [redacted] even higher as it highlighted for me not only did [redacted] want a good match for the pet sitter and our doggies but [redacted] wanted to ensure a safe environment for her pet sitter)and then the comprehensive computer system Pet Amigo's has to ensure they know from A to Z all about your babies. We received texts and pictures and our doggies got love and kisses and treated just like they do when we are there. Our sitter, ***, had an uncommon sixth sense when it came to our older dog and just knew how to soothe the doggie's anxiety with us not being there. [redacted] knew where to massage Babe so she relaxed. [redacted] brought in our mail and papers and our trash cans so it appeared we were home. Our doggies were at the door to great us when we returned home three days later, but I think they were a little disappointed that [redacted] wasn't there too! We will definitely be going on a cruise now or somewhere that previously we would have thought not possible due to the fact "We, now, have someone we trust to take care of our babies."

I found Pet Amigo on line and when I had the ladies come to meet my pets it seemed to be a perfect match, and that says a lot I have a large dog and she is very particular of who she likes but she took to them right away My cats are very easy anyone who feeds them they love I was very happy with the care and love they showed my babies I am looking forward to working with them again soon Also the fact that they come to my home and are willing to stay is HUGE for me

I was new in town and needed a reliable care giver to help me with my pets I have dogs and cats I found Pet Amigo Pet Care through an online search and contacted them to discuss my needs I was a bit skeptical so I wanted to talk to them and see what they offered Wow! *** is amazing Even during our first conversation she made me feel comfortable with my choice to investigate this option (versus a boarding facility)After the initial home visit we were happy to hire them for our first pet sitting appointment *** took care of our pets and kept our home secure She left us fun notes about her visits and called me when I needed some reassurance that my pets were okay without me I am pleased to have found such a caring and reliable company and I highly recommend their service
Everyone went over and above what I expected They were very flexible at re-arranging times to accommodate my animals needs I would "highly" recommend them
Pet Amigo provided excellent care for my two elderly cats requiring medication They followed my directions to a "t" and were kind and caring The two Pet Amigo caregivers I met were both very attentive to my cats in the initial meet and greet and the cats responded well (and I have one most finicky cat)
I was a little apprehensive at first since I had never used an agency to care for my cats before but I will continue using Pet Amigo Pet Care and definitely would recommend them
