I am rejecting this response because: They half-as the leak and never followed threw from what was discussed on that dayThe company was to come back out and do work in the crawl spaceI was told by the first person on the seen that they would take all measure to stop the water from coming inThey were to pump the water out from around the house into the field behind me and failedMy bill was paid on 4/27/in full

Customer had limited insurance proceedsWorked with customer, son and daughter during the process with conflicting storiesAll
contents were returned on 6/28/with customer signing offCleanup was completedCustomer kept shutting off our equipment that was set in the basementWould be glad to continue any services they desire but we did settle for *** on our *** because their insurance wouldn't cover the full amountThey told us they were using someone elseCustomer has been difficult because of the many people involvedNot sure that we can do anything else hereI was never contacted and left my card with customers the day following the loss
This is unfortunate that the customer has to go to the Revdex.com on something like this. The customer called during a major event which was a year flood. We did respond in his moment of need. He was quoted a minimum of $over the phone. Servicing this customer prevented us
from servicing other customers. Unfortunately after these events and the emergency is gone the customer often forgets that they called us for a service. A bill under $during an emergency is not extreme when we have plenty of costs associated with lead generation, deployment, equipment, labor, cleanup and administrative time This customer on 4/18/talked to *** and said he would be paying his bill on Friday and we were quite aware he wasn't happy with the price. But the customer should have followed through and paid the bill like he said. He no longer has to call HomeWorks for any services in the future and we would not accept him as a client but he does need to pay his bill.*** ***

We would request professional mediation with Mr*** to bring this to a conclusionI must remind Mr*** that instead of calling *** to discuss the bill he hid behind text messagesI'm not interested in going back and forth with him as we are no closer in getting our bill paidMr*** was very happy when our team rescued him out of a serious mess
I have no doubt that there were days, maybe weeks for cleanup for the client and his wife. This was a massive flood. For us to be there for 3 days would have been thousands of dollars and we are billing only for the initial response. I'm not sure what more to say. The client would never use us and we would not accept this client in the future. I'll take $50 off if paid this week. If not we will proceed with collections.[redacted]

The pictures we agreed upon when we agreed to disagree, I still have not received ALL of them. I do not need a "link resent" to me, for they were never sent to me in the first place. This is includes ALL the pictures, the ones on the iPad, that were taken of the before damage. I have asked for them twice and was ignored like many of times before throughout this contruction process. I also contacted my insurance company and have informed me that they never received any quotes from Home Works like I was told on many occations, (another lie). I also was informed that "The lien was placed today for the amount of [redacted] A copy will be mailed to you by the city." The exact words on an email that was sent to me on 2/23/17 by Home Works. Which I guess is yet another LIE from this company. I do not want any of my pictures use to gain additional money for someone elses insurance loss. Fraud I will not be tolerate, just to let Revdex.com know what truley is happening with this lying company. I will be waiting for all the pictures that HW took at my home unless this too will be anohter LIE.
I also would like to let everyone know that after I really looked closely and had someone in the contruction business decipher the wording (my stupidity for not doing it in the first place, too trusting) that I received form Home Works I found multiple add ons and expences that were not correct and was told "oh we made a mistake". How many mistakes can one make over and over???? I will NEVER hire a company like this aagain and I will not let any of my friends or enemies either.

[redacted] - I absolutely agree with you. I did not see notes in the system that you and [redacted] had been talking.
One of the things we would be happy to do is to water test the gutters. If you were to have the leaves removed we would want you at the house and we would go ahead and run a large amount of water in the gutters and try and determine what might be happening. Would this work for you?
Thanks

Dear [redacted],
I have contacted [redacted] multiple times for over a year (I have the copies). He was on my roof last year at this time. He mentioned that they were angled wrong. He has sent people out many times, but they never seem to get the problem fixed. The problem existed before the leaves were in the gutters, so I don't believe that this is the initial problem.
The last time I contacted [redacted] I waited for well over a month for a reply. He did not respond. It should not take me contacting the Revdex.com to get results.

Ms. [redacted] - We received a letter from the Revdex.com regarding your gutters. We sent [redacted] out right away on Friday to look at them.
Please see a couple of the pictures he took. These gutters are full. Gutters must be cleaned consistently to work correctly.
Is there a reason you didn't contact us directly?
Thanks

Update: I met with Ms. [redacted] on Friday May 20, 2016. We had a good visit trying to resolve this. Ran water in her gutters for about 15 minutes. Gutters had been cleaned the day before. Gutters worked great. No issues. Water flowed perfectly. So we discussed what could be going on.
I am positive that if she is having gutter issues in the summer because of blocked gutters. Anytime gutters are not cleaned regularly the water will backup in places. This is why the water is overflowing the gutters. It is not because of incorrect sloping.
In the winter she is positively going to have ice dams on the east side of her house which is where the issues are. She has a roof that is not very steep with 2 foot overhangs. The snow is going to sit on that roof. I told her that she would have to "roof rake" here roof in the winter. She cannot do that because of her health.
When trying to determine why this was happening now and not in the past I learned that she never had gutters on her house before. This would explain why she never had the issues that she is now having. Gutters are nice to have but not having them will always allow the water to drain off of her roof and not get caught in her gutters.
She is contemplating having us just remove her gutters which I agreed that we would do. The other option would be putting heat tape in the gutters but this would only work if she has them cleaned regularly.
I told her to consider her options over the summer before deciding to remove the gutters. Also I plan on going out there if possible during a heavy rain and see if I can see anything that might be happening that we couldn't see during the water test.
I want to give Ms. [redacted] some options that she can then make her best decision on what to do.
Thanks
