Personally Delivered stole $103.74 from my bank account without me placing an order or giving them permission to ship me their product.
On April 6, 2010 Personally Delivered took $103.74 from my bank account without my permission. I did not place an order and did not agree to any long term contract and I want these criminals punished. Times are hard financially and I am a senior citizen on Social Security only and they stole my money. Now I have to wait and catch the *** man to refuse the order and this is wrong. There business practices are unethical and need to be stopped.

Customer did agree to automatic shipments. I am attaching the recording where she agreed to the terms. She stated that her condition would be long term. When the customer called in on 4/6/20 we agreed that if she refused the order when delivered, once we rec'd it back we would refund the full amount.
