Review: I purchased a cell phone battery on 2/**/14 using my credit card. I agreed to the price of $14.40 plus $15.00 shipping. What I received was a battery cover BTR751C. . When I called to have the order corrected, I was informed that the battery was not in stock. On 3/*/14, I got approval to return the incorrectly shipped item which I did on 3/*/14. After several phone calls, I did receive a credit for the incorrect item only. When I called about the $15.00 shipping charge, I was told there were no exchanges or refunds - all sales were final.

This was the company's error, and I should not have to pay for any part of their error.

I would like to have the initial $15.00 shipping charge refunded as well as the $4.56 charge I incurred shipping the wrong item back
