While sending a complaint in the United States thru an American owned company you would assume that it would be in EnglishI don't speak Spanish and nor do I read itHow dare you send a complaint to me in a language other than the one that is

The dealer puts in the total price of the vehicle extras like paint & fab $595, security system $of a total of $extras that we did not wantThe sales manager in exchange offered an alarm system for $and the paint & fab for $plus a check of reimbursement of $to my name to which I accepted at that momentThere was no due bill signed and for that concept I trusted in the word of the sales manager *** and he told me they were going to call me to install those servicesThe car was purchased on sept 22ndHe told us to forget about the previous due bill of the paint & fab and the security system that I never wantedAfter almost two weeks I contacted the service department and they told me that there was no order to install those servicesI went to the dealer and as I contacted *** he told me that plans have changed and told me that they would install the alarm and the paint & fab but they would not reimburse me the $that is part of the total cost that was included in the financial amountSupposedly the dealer said that reimbursing me that money would be a loss for the dealerI asked them why if that money was charged in my balance for which I have not received and do not want to receiveI tried to solve this issue with the general manager *** He did not accept reimbursing me the moneyHe said that if *** promised me to reimburse me that money then he would have to do it out of his pocketThen the sales manager albert denied telling me thatHe said that he had said that he was going to see if they would approve it which was not trueI left my number with *** so another manager can contact meI never received a call from that dealer

If initially there was charged on my account $and $for the paint & fab and the security system (that I never wanted) for the total of $I have a balance of $from that total that I do not want to use for any services from that dealer and I want them to reimburse me and install the alarm and paint & fab (yet not installed)Its my money and its money charged on my financial totalIt is not the dealer's money because the dealer is going to stay with money in which no services were madeI want them to install the alarm and the paint & fab and a reimbursement of $from my balanced charged on my total
Till this day I have not been contacted by this dealer despite of the initial suggested price from the manufacturerIn a similar car from this dealership the total initial price that was charged by the dealer was $21,Like I previously said, I never really wanted those extras that the dealer forces on the total price of the carBut when the sales manager *** proposed me the alarm for the car $the paint & fab $and refund me$I acceptedFor two weeks later for him to say that he would not refund me $and that he just promised me that to make me happyWe bought the Kia Soul on sept and till now the dealer has not gave me a solutionI think the best solution for them is to keep my money that I am paying in the financial amount without prestart nor installing any accessory in my carFor the general manager *** reimburse me money even though there has not been any accessory installed for that amount it's for the dealer to lose moneyI responded to him why lose money if it's my money if only I receive the installation of the alarm $and the paint & fab $or why is the dealer going to keep the rest of the money charged on my accountI clarify that these accessories or services till this day have not been installed in my Kia Soul
This is the sticker of a similar car and similar price to the car that I bought from the same dealerIn the car that I bought I never seen a sticker of the price of the manufacturer supposedly this car was brought from another dealershipAs you can see, the $995, $1995, $were never included as extra options in the total price of the carThe dealer forces them on the total and in the contact but they never offer them like extra optionsI ended up paying for the car a similar amount to the one on the sticker of a same Kia soul in that dealerI always told the sales manager *** that I did not want the security system of $As I asked him why he was charging me $for the market value adjustment he said because the Kia Soul's were selling a lot and for the custom stripes he said they were not includedTo finish off this problem with this dealership the only thing I am asking for is for them to install the alarm to the car for $and to apply the paint & fab $and to reimburse me the rest of the balance that was charged on my accountThank you
