All Perkins Tire and Auto did was inspect the vehicle, it was rejected, put a rejection sticker on the vehicle and backed it out of the bay.Ricky Perkins
The fact that the Dog ("***") attended Vacay from our perspective is a blessing*** did very well through the early stages of the training process and in our opinion is well on her way to becoming a great dogIn several conversations with Mrs***, we spoke about how well *** was
progressing and how she noticed the progressThe fact that she occasionally brings up about the *** already being trained in Russian before arriving is simple not trueWe had several conversation on how the breeder who claimed she was pre trained was not being honest about her training*** enrolled in a week Board and Train where she stayed at Vacay for an initial week boarding periodAfter the week boarding period, *** is entitled to unlimited follow up training where the owners and dogs learn to work together as a teamAll Dogs develop at different rates so the unlimited follow up training is sometimes needed to continue well after the dog initially comes homeWe are committed to our dogs and the families who attend Vacay and want only the best for our clientsDuring the initial week boarding period, training basic commands, relationship building and confidence building are our main focus as we prepare our Dogs for a bright future with a foundation of quality experiences and interactions as the core to their success*** had a great initial stay and became much more confident and obedient as she completed her stayEven when a dog leaves our facility much more confident, the work does not stop thereThe follow up training which is a big part of any training program is a necessityMrs*** cancelled many times as we were always willing to reschedule at times conducive to here schedule with no worriesDuring the times we had follow up lessons the feedback from Mrs*** was mostly positiveShe explained how she could see her developing well with a few issues lingering only happening at homeThe two main issues we were told about was Potty Training and Jumping upWe were told that *** was sometimes allowed on the furniture, but at times in the recliner, she became too rambunctious and that was problemWe offered to come to her home which is not included in the programShe then asked if *** could come stay at Vacay for additional training, we told her yes( additional boarding cost additional money) we told her the additional cost, she agreed, and never showed again without call or consideration.Lastly, after the 2nd most recent call (which came axweeks after she was suppose to come back in) Mrs*** called and explained her concernsWe offered again to come back to back days to her home to capture those undesired behaviors at homeWe agreed to meet her at the house as she got home, walk into the home to capture the excitable jumping as she initially enters the homeShe agreed, then called before our scheduled meeting dates and explained being unhappy againWe sent a last effort text trying to do the best we could and offered an additional week of board and training and explained to her that she still has the unlimited number of on lessons available and we would be willing to come to her home, at no additional costShe never responded

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. The business did not provide any reasonable offer to resolve my complaint. The business offered nothing in this last round of correspondencePreviously the business suggested more one on one lessons - which I have already discussed. The lessons were already part of the package that I paid for. The lessons are not effective or a good use of time. The trainer is distracted, wastes timeand leaves the lessons repeatedly. Out of a schedule hour lesson he spend approximately minutes with the dog. He tell me how to train her myself. He does not train her. They suggested an additional week of boarding. I paid $for weeks of board and train and left my dog for this to happen. She was not worked with in three weeks and did not get the promised training. Leaving her for an additional week would make no sense at all. If she wasn't trained in weeks, what would happen in an additional week? The answer is nothing.I want a refund of my $or I will contact an attorney to address this situation. *** ***Regards,*** ***
I am attaching the rest of the documentation that I have. First, I have attached the list that I gave the trainer when I dropped my dog off for the 3 week stay. Second, is a screenshot from the facility webpage where item # 2 clearly states what the customer can expect from Vacay9 when you take your dog for a board and train. Please read and consider this carefully.I do not have a copy of a contract and I don't recall signing one. I recall completing a one page paper that asked basic questions about my address and emergency contact information and such things.I really appreciate your consideration of my complaint against Vacay9. It was a very disappointing experience that no one else should have to go through. I want my money back so that I can get another trainer. $2400 is such a lot of money and I feel like I was robbed.
