cancel his account on February 2, 2015, and the drop was processed on February 3, 2015 due to the fact that his account was still in the enrollment phase when he called to cancel.  We were forced to wait until the utility accepted the enrollment request originally submitted, and he was confirmed as a customer, before we were able to submit any kind of request on his account, including cancellation requests.  The utility would not have recognized a cancellation request for someone who was not yet a confirmed customer.  Once an enrollment is processed, we are required to send out a welcome letter confirming the enrollment, which is the notice [redacted] referenced in his complaint.  This, however, did not preclude us from cancelling his account and returning it to the utility.  [redacted] confirmed the drop request, and gave us an effective date of February 5, 2015.If you have any further questions or concerns regarding this complaint, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Perigee Energy is running an unethical marketing practice which may be illegal as well. Perigee Energy has been calling my cell trying to cell their product/service. They have been calling me from 508 number. I declined numerous times and eventually on Tuesday, January 5, 2016, after getting 3 calls from them, I lost it and told the person that their market practice is ridiculous. I think my frustration was justified. Next day, Wednesday, January 6, 2016, I received 7 calls from the same 508 number and the person would just hung up after calling. I had to block the number. Then on Friday, January 8, 2016, I started getting calls from 617 number. I got one call on Friday, 1 on Saturday, and 2 on Monday, January 11, 2016. On Monday’s call, I talk to the person and expressed the same concern. Her name was Taylor. I asked to speak to a Manager but she said all managers are busy and can’t get to the phone. I explained all the history to her and asked her to remove my number. I am hoping that this time it works.
