Wrong Alien!
I bought the 3oz. refill and got the 3oz. regular bottle. Also, I checked the codes on the box and found the perfum was made in 2014, a shelf life for fragrance is 2 years. And to top all this, there was NO INVOICE in the box. I bought this through Walmart; they will be hearing from me.

I'd give this company no stars, but that is not offered.
I purchased this perfume thru Groupon, go the perfume, it was 10 years old! What the heck!
I returned the perfume and more than 2 months later and still have no received a refund.

I made an order with these people, they gave me a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. On the delivery date, I received an email stating the seller canceled the order for an unknown reason and my refund would be credited back to my credit card but it takes 30 days. Its been more than 30 days and reading the other reviews, I know I can kiss that refund goodbye. Thank God it was only $29.80, which was mine, it could've been way more. Perfume earth, karma is not prejudice.

Review: On Friday November **, 2015 I went to make a purchase online at [redacted] for a bottle of perfume for my wife for a Christmas present. The site told me that there was an error and could not be processed. I tried one more time and notice that I needed update my credit card information, so I did so. I then tried to make the purchase from the app on my phone and it went through on the first try. Then as I was on my way to work I started to get email notifications repeatedly. I looked once I had arrived to work and saw that there was several email confirmations from [redacted] for the same purchase. I looked in my checking account to find that I had been charged 8 times at $88.94 and one at $98.84. I immediately called the [redacted] customer service phone number and spoke with someone. They said that they could see this error and would transfer me to a specialist to make the corrections. I was transferred and then disconnected. I had to get into work work and begin my day as it was that time. The following morning (Saturday) I called [redacted] customer service again and was on hold for a long time. There was a 2-3 hour hold time. Eventually The automated system offer to return my call. By Sunday morning I had still not received a call back and tried to call again. On Monday Morning I tried to call again and eventually got through to someone. I explained the whole situation and she looked into it and told me that there was nothing that they could do. The the company Perfumearth is a third party vendor and that I needed to contact them. I looked up Perfumearth's phone number and tried to call them several times. The phone call came with a message saying that the number was no longer in service. At this point my checking account is short $711.52 when it was only supposed to be a $98 purchase. At this point I did not know what to do. So I called my bank ([redacted]) and explained to them what happened. They Credited me back the money with a temporary credit. They said that they would research it and that I would hear from them. I received the one individual box of perfume that I wanted. Then I receive another box not knowing what it was as we have had a lot of packages delivered to our house do to the holidays. I saw that it was the the remaining boxes of perfume that I had not ordered. It is a large heavy box. I did not open it and now I really do not know what to do with it and my refund. I just receives and email from [redacted] saying...

Review: I bought perfume from them. It was free shipping but when they sent the package they didn't pay enough postage. I had to pay $7.92 to receive my package from the post office. They sent the perfume 1st class but they sent it in a priority box so I had to pay the extra shipping fees. I want a refund for the postage I paid $7.92.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the postage fees $7.92 .because it was free shipping included in the sale.
