I have several complaints I would like to file against this business. firstly, they defrauded my insurance and overcharged them $4,000. secondly, the job wasn't done properly or sufficiently as the front bumper that they replaced is hanging loose to one side again,(three days after being taken out of the garage). thirdly, they just used a simple marker instead of real paint to paint a part of the hood of the car. They also kept my car a week longer than it was supposed to be there and made no effort to do the proper diagnostics after telling them time and again that my breaks didn't work properly and that the check break light keeps coming on.

Ms. originally came in to do repairs with us because we helped her with her $500 deductible that she could not offer to pay for. We never charge insurance companies what we want, we work hand in hand with them and they write the estimate that we fallow so the charges she is claiming we over charged is what her insurance saw needed to be repair and they wanted to pay for. When she came out to pick up the vehicle she was happy and satisfied never mentioned anything about a bumper loose. The car was taken into Honda due to this vehicle being a 2020 and the front sensors needed to be re programmed the bumper had to be removed by Honda to do that and it was put on there loose even though it was not our mess up she came back and we fixed it. Our paint is NAPA collision center partner once again after coming in with the bumper issue we fixed never did she mentioned anything about paint. She left super happy thanking me as the owner. Her issue is that she tried to sue Honda saying her brakes where not working properly and that is why the wreck occur. We ran internal diagnostics and put the vehicle up on the frame machine when it first originally came in diagnostics came back with no issues. We had the tech call her because she wanted the professional to call to let her know there was never any brakes issues. She wanted us to lie for her and mess up her brakes so she could sue Honda something we will not stand for and she was explained that several times. Her vehicle had a lot of repairs and it was kept here by the insurance time frame needed. Everything she was trying to get us to do to lie about her brakes was said to the insurance adjuster to be notated by them on their end.
