I am a member of the [redacted] HOA and Performance Landscape is contracted by the association to perform the gardening services to the front of the residencesPerformance Landscape (PL) performs their services once a week and includes mowing, hedge trimming and cleanupOn Tuesday, July 18, 2015, PL gardeners were trimming the front hedges of the residencesWhile trimming my hedges the worker cut my water hose that was on the ground, behind the hedgesI believe that this was unintentional but the worker had to know the hose was in the trimming shearsThe worker made no attempt to notify me and went on with his workI found out about the slice when I turned the water on a short time laterThe workers were still on the job and I approached them to inform them of the damagesAfter the three workers were done pointing fingers at one another, one worker viewed the hose and agreed that the damage was consistent to being cut with shearsHe said that he would notify his supervisor and the the supervisor would contact meAfter several days, no one made an attempt to contact meI know that the damaged hose is a minor incident, but the companies blatant disregard for customer service was concerningIt is apparent that they do not care if their clients are satisfiedI was forced to contact my representative for the HOA and he informed me that he contacted the owner, ***, and informed him of the incident [redacted] was supposed to replace the hose, but as of eight days later, no hose or any contact from ***I question this companies integrity and mission statement for customer serviceAlso their gardening service is mediocre at best
