I went to performance a tv and leisure in march to talk to the owner *** about getting a *** EV electric side by side. *** said he could get one and should take a couple months. Time went by and no word from him until I think Sept. He told me he had one coming in and wanted to know if I still wanted it. I said yes. He said should not be long before it came in. *** called and said he needed a deposit of 1000.00. My wife went and gave it to him. The machine finally came in and it was not what I wanted or ordered. It was a ***. *** also informed me it was a 2016 and was used. ***. That is not what I wanted. I wanted new and a *** not a used ***. He would not let me take this machine for a little test drive. Said if I paid for it then I can drive it. I want my 1000.00 deposit back and he will not return it. Said I owed him 1500 for the duty. That is not the machine I wanted. Dont think I should loss my money because he brought in the wrong machine.
