I am rejecting this response because: it dances around the issue at handI called and verified there was no misunderstanding on my partI acted on the verbal agreement and the verbal agreement was then confirmed once I can in to the companyIf your company made a verbal agreement and it was verified then no matter if it was wrong or not you need to stand by the agreement
I am requesting that since you don't want to buy back my car like the agreement was 100% then you can pay the loan company $ 10,half of what is owed on the car for my trouble and I would consider this fair settlement and I will keep the car with no bad words against your companyRegards,*** ***
