I Called Revdex.com of Denver/Boulder, CO to ask how to respond to your request for desired resolution:I am finally working with the company, but am still having problems with windows not opening, a poor fix with weather strips coming off and looking white from outside when windows are closed, and still
not opening properly and patio stains.Not sure what will happen next, but if not resolved I will , as instructed, recontact Revdex.com to reopen the complaint Thank you

As an update as of 10/3/We have spoken to the homeowner and yes we are working on getting the weather stripping replaced and figuring out what the problem is with the windows stickingWe talk to the homeowner daily

We did in fact start working on the customers house on September 1, 2016 The customer wanted us to match a paint color to a deck stain. Due to the difference in the material there is no way for an exact match. This was explained to multiple times. The homeowner requested that we then paint her deck and did not understand that we could not paint over stain on a deck. We made multiple attempts to make the homeowner happy on the color. We were finally able to make the customer happy with the color. We did in fact tell her we would stain the entire deck and not just  the bottom as contracted. We did not spray paint any pillars. We don't even use "spray paint" We finished the job on September 21, 2016. The homeowner signed off as the job being completed as attached.She did notate that we left a stain on her patio. The stain that she is referring to is not paint. We do not know what it could possibly be as we only use paint and stain when working. We attempted to power wash the concrete for her to make her happy and she still is not. We talked to a company that specializes in concrete and they said the stain could be from just standing water on the concrete. There is no way of determining.
