In response to the complaint filed by Ms [redacted] : We promptly issued a Return Authorization to Ms [redacted] as we always do when such a request is receivedAs we responded in the complaint, the stone was destroyed, obviously by someone intentionally trying to test the stone by filing it with some type of abrasive instrument, probably a metal fileThe customer admits that when she received it she set it in a mounting herself and as she didn't like it she then removed the stone from the settingWe don't know if Ms [redacted] is a jeweler or diamond setter, and as such qualified to set a stone, but setting one of our stones in a setting is done every day at our factory with no problems whatsoeverWe have successfully set over 10,of our lab-diamond simulants without incident We have attached a photo we took of the stone in the exact condition when receivedIf you look at the stone in the o'clock position, you can easily see the file marks that were made, in our expert opinion, not by someone legitimately trying to set or remove the stone from the setting, but with malicious intent to subject the stone to testing for durability by filing it with some type of metal file For the record, both Moissanite, which is nothing more than Silicon Carbide, and Naturally mined diamond can be both scratched, and/or chipped by filing across the grainThis was no accident but intentional abuse by the buyer, Ms [redacted] If Ms [redacted] is willing to admit the stone was abused in an attempt to somehow test it for durability, and retract her complaint, we will issue a refund and close the matter in the best interest of all partiesIf however, she is not willing to do so, we will return the damaged stone to her without issuing a refund and she can continue with her testing procedures Very truly yours, [redacted] Director of Sales, N.A [redacted]

I bought a ring on this site in October 2013, and they had an Ad for a Free pair of Lab Diamond earrings with purchase of a ring I never got my Earrings with my order so I called to complainA man name *** agreed to send me my earrings, but months later and I am still waiting I called a total of times to get this resolved and *** picked every time AND makes the same promise He once stated that he would personally send me a pair of earring when they have it in stock againSix months later and I and still waiting All in all, I lost faith in this online company and would never deal with them again nor recommend them because they are untruthful and very misleading Don't be con into their product

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
I disagree. My moissanite stone has never scratched or chipped and I have used metal tools on it and it is tougher than diamond. It is far superior to your product

Our lab-created diamond simulants have a coating of SPCarbon bonds that is on average
times thicker than our closest competitorTo re-state no simulant, including Moissanite
or even lab grown or mined diamond will stand up to an attempt to file it using a metal file,
and can be abraded and or chippedWe have over 10,very happy and satisfied customers
who have already purchased our products multiple timesThis wouldn't happen if we sold
an inferior product.
Additionally, Pay Pal who handles all of our card processing has reviewed this case, and found
in our favorWe are including a copy of the email from Pay Pal for you records in the next
paragraph
Thank you for your attention in this matterThis will conclude our comments

Mz. [redacted] did come in to A&R Towing's office with her copy of the amnesty letter. She was told that if she would bring in the ownership title of the vehicle an pay in cash the amount of $575.00 by August 4, 2015, she would not be turned over to the collection agency and that A&R Towing would...

take care of disposing of the vehicle. At that time she stated that she did not have the title or the money. A couple of weeks later a friend of hers called up. The same information was told to her friend. The vehicle did come up on lien sale August 6, 2015, at 10:00 am. No one bought the vehicle. If Mz. [redacted] still wants the vehicle she hill have to go to the Ceres Police department, pay for the release, bring the release to A&R Towing and pay $575.00 cash. This offer will be good until August 24, 2015 till closing at 5:00pm.

My Engagement Ring.    Mike Wojtko [[email protected]]Sent:Jun 21, 10:24 pmTo: [email protected] you, that solution is satisfactory for us.  I was not pleased to contact the Revdex.com again, obviously.  But you, [redacted], and I all know very well that we have put in thirty or more calls in the last six months and never to this day have received one back. The only way to receive any kind of response is to contact the Revdex.com. That's okay, we'll all just be glad to put this behind us.  I am hopeful it gets to the right place, as it was shipped to the wrong name and address the first time and I only found the ring when I had someone check the "dead letter" bin.  Well, I appreciate you sending it out- and so promptly too. We respondedto your first complaint promptly on Dec. 13, whereby you were informedthat your purchase was not refundable, as it was not as configured on thewebsite, ordered in Rose Gold, and therefore not returnable.See copy of email below: Attn: Kim SchultzRE: Letter from [redacted] Patterson Hi Kim, thanks for your email. We don't have [redacted] Patterson in our customer data base.I did a little research based on the information you provided, and we did have a sale to a Mike Holliday for the amount indicated on the date the transaction occurred.  Mr. Holliday purchase a bridal set in Rose Gold on November 5th. in the amount indicatedby Ms. Patterson, which leads us to believe this is the same transaction. We have attached a copy of the reply to Mr. Holliday's email received on 12/13/16 to which we responded on the sameday. As you can see the set is not refundable, but we did offer to exchange it, or build a new ring for themthat would be more to their liking. As of this date we have not had a reply. I will have our office IT staffcheck a little deeper to see if a response was received. Our offer stands.  Please let us know what we can do to resolve this matter on a basis that is acceptable to Mr. Holliday. Sincerely, Lee CartwrightMyEngagementRing800-682-1799 After we sent this letter we spoke and you told us that perhaps youwould like a Solitaire Ring as a replacement to give to one of yourfriends, and that you would get back to us. We didn't hear back fromyou for quite some time regarding this request, and then some timelater we spoke with either you or [redacted], and were informed that you had changed your mind, and that this was no longer an option. You then requested just a pure carbon diamond for the value of thering you had purchased as a settlement, and we told you that wouldbe acceptable to us. Some time passed after that conversation beforeyou actually returned the ring to us and we did indicate that we hadin fact received it. We usually don't cut or stock pure carbon diamonds of less than .75ct.and didn't have anything in stock at the time of your ring return, whichI believe was some time in May. Therefore we didn't have anything instock appropriate to send you for resolution. I am sending out today a .60ct. Round Brilliant Cut loose diamond whichis H in color and VS2 in clarity. I have attached below a copy of what thisdiamond is selling for on www.bluenile.com. As you can see the stonewould sell for $1,836.00, which is considerably more than what you paidfor you original purchase. ($1,284.00) I trust that this will settle the matter in full and that you can set the diamondin the setting of your choice, or contact us via email for a setting if that is something you would like us to provide. This will complete the transaction in full and we consider the matter closed. We trust that this will be a satisfactory resolution to the situation and are over compensating you for the additional time involved. Very truly yours, Lee CartwrightDirector of SalesMy Engagement Ring800-682-1799 0.60-Carat Round Diamond$1,836Bank Wire Price?$1,808.46

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
I reject LabDiamonds reply because they are misleading customers by stating on their website that their stones are more durable than CZs when they are just as fragile.  There is no way any stone with a 9.7 MOH hardness can be damaged or "destroyed" as they admit.  They are charging consumers too much and they should admit to this.  Stones that are set in rings should be durable like a moissanite with a 9.2 MOH (which is very durable and has never been know to get damaged) and they claim that their product is even more durable than moissanite -- NOT TRUE.  I think consumers should be made aware that they are really selling CZs and overcharging for them.  It's a rip off!

In response to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted]:

We promptly issued a Return Authorization to Ms. [redacted] as we always do when such a request is received. As we responded in the complaint, the stone was destroyed, obviously by someone...

intentionally
trying to test the stone by filing it with some type of abrasive instrument, probably a metal file. The customer admits that when she received it she set it in a mounting herself and as she didn't like it she then
removed the stone from the setting. We don't know if Ms. [redacted] is a jeweler or diamond setter, and as such qualified to set a stone, but setting one of our stones in a setting is done every day at our factory with
no problems whatsoever. We have successfully set over 10,000 of our lab-diamond simulants without incident.

We have attached a photo we took of the stone in the exact condition when received. If you look at the stone in the 12 o'clock position, you can easily see the file marks that were made, in our expert opinion, not
by someone legitimately trying to set or remove the stone from the setting, but with malicious intent to subject the stone to testing for durability by filing it with some type of metal file.
For the record, both Moissanite, which is nothing more than Silicon Carbide, and Naturally mined diamond can be both scratched, and/or chipped by filing across the grain. This was no accident but intentional
abuse by the buyer, Ms [redacted].

If Ms. [redacted] is willing to admit the stone was abused in an attempt to somehow test it for durability, and retract her complaint, we will issue a refund and close the matter in the best interest of all parties. If however,
she is not willing to do so, we will return the damaged stone to her without issuing a refund and she can continue with her testing procedures.

Very truly yours,

[redacted]
