We reviewed the consumers file with our fulfillment agency and [redacted] is in process for her prize which she should be receiving within the next two to three weeks

We reached out to the consumer and requested all necessary coding information from the product she had purchased Consumer was notified that replacement coupons have been sent to her address

Upon receipt of [redacted] 's complaint, we immediately contacted our [redacted] , [redacted] office to acquire a detailed account of this issuePart of the difficulty in resolving this stemmed from their not having the customer's contact telephone number, which we promptly providedI was assured by the attending sales representative that they will be reaching out to [redacted] directly to inform him that they will be returning his deposit in full, as is their standard procedure for all customers, and according to their business practices

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: this is approximately the sixth or seventh time I have been told "THE CHEQUE IS IN THE MAIL" becasue I said to my local rep "i am tired of this bureaucratic **", he hung up on methe only time he ever spoke to me again was to express his anger that I had spoken to someone in toronto via email..and that he had to spend "hours" with her trying to sort this out..SORT WHAT OUT??? A SIMPLE REFUND...A SIMPLE REFUNDSORT WHAT OUT?? I WAS ASSURED AT THAT POINT, OVER ONE MONTH AGO, IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF.***;since then, like a fool, I have looked in my mailbox, day after day after day, only to find no refund from pepsillocal rep told me it can take up to weekson monday, it will be weeksi paid my bills on time, for my product, where do they get the right to not take care of my refund on time?? and what about all the phone calls, frustration, time..and money (on long distance calls) I have spen?? no regard for that.I have also been lied to over and overi was told, by toronto, that the cheque had been mailed out weeks agothen it didn't comethen..another employee told me it had been mailed to the wrong addresson august [redacted] I gave my name and address, printed clearly to the guy who picked up equipmentit is now october ***ridiculous.then..after no cheque, and more phone calls..I was told NO..it was mailed to the correct addressthat was over one week agonever camei was beiginning to feel lied to..and I resented itand I needed this money for my rent..and like a fool, kept looking..and still nothing.I am furious with this companyi pay bills on timethey cannot get my refund out on timeno apologies, no straight answers, no regardbut THE MOST INFURIATING THING THROUGH THIS ENTIRE PROCESS..IS THAT NOBODY COULD ACTUALLY HELP ME OR ANSWER MY QUESTIONS TRUTHFULLYI HAVE WAITED WEEKS BEYOND THE TIME I WAS TOLD, HAVE BEEN TOLD OVER AND OVER THE CHEQUE IS IN THE MAIL, AND I HAVE BEEN REFERRED TO SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO SEEM UNABLE TO HELP MEWHAT ABOUT MY PAIN AND SUFFERING???? I spoke with MrH [redacted] from PBC extensively yesterday and he went over all the details with me about why I haven't been paid my rebatesTurns out that is due to PBC accounting team's gross incompetenceSomebody named Peggy in accounting who is supposed to handle check payments for rebates, employee payroll, etc was sending my checks to another customerI told Mr H [redacted] several months ago to look at this as a possible scenario because he was being told that the checks have already been mailed and I should be receiving them regularly, but I never received a single payment from PBCAt that time he assured me that all of my information was documented accurately, so I should receive my checks at the right address, and did he not investigate the problem any furtherIt is only after I filed a complaint with Revdex.com that Pepsi corporate contacted the local office to thoroughly investigate this issueSince my checks have already been deposited by the other PBC customer, I asked MrH [redacted] yesterday when should I receive a bulk payment for backed up rebates? To that he responded, "I don't know"For the record, my entire experience with PBC in the last 7-months has been absolutely discourteous and unprofessional because I have had to deal with lazy, incompetent and lethargic sales team who refuses to answer my phone calls and text messages not just for this particular issue of unpaid rebates but even when I requested merchandising support I have received very little from themFor comparison, there is a night and day difference between the quality of service I receive from other vendors such as Coca Cola and Royal CrownI spend countless hours making price tags and rearranging shelves for Pepsi's new products in my store because their personnel doesn't have time to do it for usOn the contrary Coca Cola maintains all of their coolers and shelf space including pricing, stocking and in-store advertising, even though my purchase volume is less than half of Pepsi's volumeIf I wasn't forced to work with PBC due to a high demand for brands like DrPepper and Mtn Dew, I would stop doing business with them in a heart beatI really hope that the Revdex.com takes this complaint into consideration when providing a rating for PBC In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Upon receipt of this complaint, we reached out to our local office in Jacksonville, Florida and were advised that the Food Service Representative and MEM technician were aware of [redacted] concern and had planned to connect with him on Monday, December [redacted] between 12:30-1:00pm
