After speaking with the subject that made the complaint the very first time he called us on August 8th we stopped calling him We are very sorry to have upset him but that was not our intention at all and fixed it the very first time he contacted us on August 8th
I did have a phone
conversation with the subject and let him know this was fixed on August 8th
Please contact me ASAP if you have any questions or comments at all I don't want this to posted or used against us or effect our A+ rating.

On August 8th I did speak to the subject who responded to Revdex.com’s messageIt was the first time I spoke to somebody, however, that was not the first time I contacted the companyI had previously left a message for ***, at extension ***, the same person in the recorded messages left in my answering machine
Since that phone contact on August 8th the robot calls have stoppedPeopleGcould avoid creating such unpleasant situations by simply excluding from their campaigns the phone numbers in the National Do Not Call Registry
I consider this complaint resolved

Review: The company has repeatedly left advertising messages in the answering machine connected to my home phone number, which has been in the DO NOT CALL list for many years. I have never initiated any contact or conducted any business with that company.Desired Settlement: I do not want to receive ANY further communication from that company.
