*** ***
I do not accept this response from this company because after weeks of no communication, they did
call me to tell me of a shipment of two cabinet
doors and one drawer had arrived after weeks
I allowed their man in charge of construction
*** ** into my home to see the vastness of the complaints
More problems are developing since I first reported to youMy husband and I contemplated their return but the man who showed up caused or
worked with a young kid named *** who caused
most of the problemsDamaged our microwave, vent does not work, scratched our new range, dishwasher in crooked, faucet works backwards, most of the cabinets are chipped, splitting or
won't close rightThey gave me a white out pen to
fix this stuffExcuse those pens should not have to be used unless I mess it up
*** *** would not even return my calls when he said I needed to call him
Their construction people turned our dream kitchen into a DYI MESS
I forgot to mention I know things about *** *** and he is not a nice person

RE: Compliant ID [redacted] Please excuse the delay in our latest response as our company closes during the Holiday season.
Regarding the last communication dated 12/23/2014
On December 15th 2014 our Construction Manager did a walk through with this customer. All of her "punch list" items were addressed and the following was discovered:
1) There was no damage to the microwave
2) The vent was working
3) The Hot / Cold directions on the faucet they purchased are opposite in the standard format, however are clearly marked and made that way by the manufacturer. This was not an installation error. We offered to switch this for her, but she saw it was correct to the faucet and not our error and decided to leave it as is.
4) The installation of all appliance were completed including the range. This customer had another contractor not affiliated with Home Remodeling Center come in afterwards to complete other work. This work included the kitchen backslash requiring the range to be moved. We are certain there was no damage at the time HRC installed the range.
It is always our goal to leave our customers happy with the products and services they have paid for. When wrapping up any job, the "punch list" items are just as important as any other item. In this case, after the walk through on December 15th we did need to return for final completion. We scheduled this appointment with [redacted] for December 18, 2014 - On December 17th [redacted] called to cancel and has not allowed HRC to make another appointment.. We have pages and pages of communications with this customer that include "Thank You" cards to our employees complementing them on their work & performance.
We are still very enthusiastic about being able to work with this customer on any of her concerns. We will however need the customer to make an appointment with us.
