I ordered a comforter from this company on [redacted]  MAY 15th, it said it would be delivered by MAY 23, and I have yet to receive my orderAll communications (times now) with the company regarding this issue have been in vain

I ordered curtains on line through Blowout Bedding and received an email confirmation that my order had shipped 8/1/ The email provided an order #, shipment order #, and *** *** # I immediately went to *** to confirm the tracking # and found that a label had been printed but the package was not yet in the hands of *** for delivery That status has not changed and it is now 8/9/ I have attempted several time to reach the company by phone during business hours and an automated message states they are either busy taking other orders or are out of the building I submitted an email request for status of my package and have not received a response I also submitted a complaint on their web site but have not received a response I am beginning to believe this company is a scam

I purchased the u-shaped maternity pillow on July 4th, I selected it in large part because the of the zippered cover which would allow me to wash itI went to wash the cover for the first time and found that the inner pillow was completely disintegratedI cannot take the cover off or the whole pillow will fall apartI really like the pillow but it is unusable if not washableI emailed the company through Amazon (where I purchased it), their own website, and I called customer service (where there was no answer and I had to leave a message)I was unable to get a response from anyone on any of these methods Their lack of response is completely unacceptable

Ordered sheets from Blow-Out Bedding (aka as *** *** on-line Ordered California Queen sheets and received regular Queen size sheets This was an error on their part for which I obviously was out the return shipping fees which upset me to no end to begin with I did not even open the package and returned it per the instructions on their website I followed their directions precisely! Relayed my circumstances with the *** employees and they were most helpful with my return Got a tracking number which I followed and have the information as to when, where, and who signed for the package at the desk on Webb Linens end Waited for my refund, which has never come Called the company twice (they never answered the phone either time) and I left my name and number per instructions on their answering machine, where they state they would return my call Have never received a call back I am furious and have instigated the following help to get my refund.....(1) contacted my credit card company, (2) posted this to the Revdex.com website, and (3) written an email to the addresses provided as contact info by the Revdex.comI cannot recommend this company to anyone! Would list them as one of the worst companies I have ever done business with in my many years of business dealings!! I hope Revdex.com can post a warning and put them on their BEWARE list for all to see!! If anyone has further insight or a way to retrieve a refund, I would be most appreciative if you could share that information!
