I didn't receive a pair of slacks that I paid to have dry cleanI had back to back orders because of some activities my son was having in school I was told had they not put the slack in I would have had a red hanger or someone else's slacks with my order The supposed manager didn't talk any better than the itic employee To make a long story short I asked how were they planning to rectify the situation I was told I would have to bring a red hanger, someone else clothing or my ticket I guess they forgot their own policy that you must present a ticket to pick up your order The bottom line is either my slacks are with someone else order that don't even realize they have them or realize they have them are not honest I would have felt better had the manager said we will offer a monetary amount for the slacks but instead I was told it was a lost and nothing could be doneI paid $for new slacks last year and rather than rectifying the situation and earning $if not more every week they go to zero for such poor customer service
