Review: Today, on Dec. 3rd, 2013 @ approx. 12:45pm I contacted [redacted] @ PA Equity Resources/Churchill Mortgage (Ext. 17). He & I have spoken several times before, starting back in June of this year. Anyway, he asked me what our present situation was & I explained it to him. Then I said that I was looking to see what current int. rates were on a 15 yr fixed rate with at least 20% down & excellent credit. He became enraged with me, raising his voice & accusing me of trying to hold him to something verbally! Never was I asking him to make me a verbal promise, I only wanted to know whether or not it was a good time to submit all of our personal information, running credit checks, etc. because we are ready to lock in our int rate if now's a good time. I politely told him that I didn't understand why he was so angry with me, actually yelling at me. Several times he stated that he didn't care if I got a loan from him or not. I was dumbfounded. I told him I thought he must be having a bad day & was taking it out on me. I again tried to explain that I only called him to see if now was a good time to lock in our rate, but [redacted] hung up on me. I am shocked at his lack of professionalism, & of course will not pursue doing business with him, PA Equity Resources, or Churchill Mortgage in the future.Desired Settlement: I want potential customers to know that this man (representing PA Equity Resources & Churchill Mortgage) does not behave in a professional manor.

"I recall this lady and here is what happened.

She phoned here after speaking to several other lenders asking for me to quote an Interest rate for a purchase of a property. I explained to her that I do not quote rates unless a client make application and I am fully aware of all of the variables involved. She refused to apply and couldn't understand why others would quote her rates. She then began telling me her credit scores and other information that I can only assume that others asked her in order to quote a rate without an application. I told her again, after many other times, that I will not guess on loan terms, I assume she was on a cell phone because the call had gotten dropped. 1 never heard from her again.

As you now I have been here 19 years and I never quote a rate without the facts. Secondly, I have never hung up on anyone.”
