I havepurchased contaminated diesel fuel from this station resulting in my year and a half old car to completely shut downUpon having my car towed to the dearship in which I had purchased the vehicle, they stated that I had water in my dieselHad the car taken to another dealership for a second opinion and they stated the same thing the first dealer statedCar has only 38,miles on it and Penn Jersey is the only place I have been purchasing my fuel because of knowing they just had new tanks installed, because they just started selling diesel at the pumpsI have the last receipt and can provide other times I have purchased my fuel, showing I utilize this stationCalled the Department of Agricultural to check the product outGot the report stating that yes there was some water in the diesel about inchCalled the owner to file a claim and he stated he was contacting the Deptof AG as well and then his insurance companyI had asked where I could pick up the claim forms and h

The owner finally turned in a claim but now insurance company refuses to pay the claim stating that because I am the only one who has complained and that "all fuel has some water in it"I even provided proof that this station was where I always purchased my diesel fuel.I will now be searching for an attorney to assist me with this issue.?
