Precision Heating and Air performed heating service on my units back on 12-3-I was advised that my units were out of code/spec and needed to have float switches installedI agreed to this service and also replacement of a blower capacitor that was out of specI just had AC services performed today (6-21-16) on my unit for excessive leaking water and it was discovered that the float switch on one of the units was not even installed in a mannerThe AC technician showed me that the original plug was still left in behind the float plug in the drainage panI have pictures to show that the plug was never installed in a proper mannerThe technician told me that either the plug was done in a quick manner to give the impression that it was done or whoever installed it had no idea what they are doingI want to be reimbursed for the cost of that float switch replacementThis is complete unprofessional and I would like someone to contact me regarding the services I received

We had someone come out and check our unit on 7/3/Tech stated unit was low on refrigerant so said he went ahead and added what was neededHe also stated that the drain was clogged so he said he would clean that out as wellThe only thing he did to the drain was pour white vinegar through it and for this we were charged $ He suggested we get a new unit which we are considering doing so however I had a busy schedule so I was not able to get someone out there for a quote that weekThey called several times to try to get me to schedule this and I stated I would call them back when I had a better schedule to meet with someonedays later the AC stopped working againI called and the after hours person told me he could take a message and have someone call me back the next morning because they were backed up for the nightI told him I would just call in the morning myself but after rethinking it I decided to call back and go ahead and schedule somethingI got a differ
