I waited a week to see what, if any, response I received from the local Pei Wei and, as I expected, nothing. This further shows the lack of customer service this restaurant has and further shows not only do they not care about their customers but they don't care about the food they prepare for their customers. If someone had asked me, as a business owner, to contact an unhappy customer, I would have immediately done so. You can close this out, there is really no interest in resolving this matter. Hopefully, no other customer will have this experience and if they do I feel for them. I will not be returning to Pei Wei after this experience, not only with the service and food from our local Pei Wei but the lack of concern from Pei Wei itself. Shameful
