My wife came home around 5pm and found that the AC was malfunctioningThe temperature outside was degrees Fahrenheit while the thermostat in our apartment was reading so high that there was no room left for the thermometer to moveHer dog *** was yelping due to his discomfort from the high temperature inside the unit (We had called several times in the past to have the unit serviced and it has been a constant problem since I moved into the unit in July 2013.) Everything about moving into this apartment has been a mess when it comes to my lease agreement and application
When I first came and toured the apartment it was due to a friends referralAfter touring the apartments I was told to go online and fill out an application, and after I submitted it I immediately received a call from the leasing agent to come in and sign a leaseI explained to her multiple times that I had a roommate and that I put her information on the application as well and that I was referred by a friendShe looked over my application and then proceeded to ask me questions and cross out and hand write information, which turned out to not be correct informationI kept asking her if my roommate needed to come down and sign the lease since in the paperwork it says every person over years old must sign the leaseThe leasing agent insisted that she didn't need to sign the lease and that all of the paperwork was correct for my friends to receive the referral check,
Unfairly billed for carpet replacement upon move out and was told would not be billed
We are having an ongoing problem with our former landlord and hoping that you can assist us with our problem

Up a level-Willmark won't do anything to helpHUGE turnover rates in staff & awful CSGrounds look awful, removing more grass, landscape isn't cared for, pool falling apart, hot tub green/smells awful, gym has broken equipment and staff watches you workout, Mail themailboxes for weeks, and rent $200+ increase in year! Shut down large portions of the property with less than 24-hour notice and some didn't get notice at all to fix the road and started towing residents vehiclesPeople were heartbroken! Said utilities would be no more than $25/mo and they have been up to $60/moAt move in, my apartment was trashed, front door wouldn't shut at all and took days to repair, doors damaged, dishwasher leaked for over a year before they fixed it, washer didn't work for over a month, AC out over 15+ times- won't do ANYTHING after hours, without water 3x in month without noticeSent emails, calls, voicemails, letteresponse/follow-up

I had a friend move into my apartment complex based on my referralWhen she went to go tour the apartments she put my name and apartment number on the interest card that the leasing agent filled outMy friend then went home and filled out the application and was immediately called into the office to sign the leaseThe leasing agent looked over the application and said everything was correct and that I would be receiving the referral check one month after she lived in the apartmentI received a call yesterday that I would not be receiving the referral check due to an error caused on their end, because they did not put the correct information in the correct fields after reviewing the application, and they made fraudulent changes to her application to cheat us out of our referral check that they owe me
