Purchased a $100 product at Peck's West Farm Market that I was really excited about! It was sitting on a shelf in which the owner took it down and packaged it for me at the register. I did not recognize a defect, a crack in the base of the product, until after I got home. Went back the next day, which was as soon as possible, to return/exchange the product. There was no discussion accepted or possible resolution from Deb, the owner. I felt like I had been deceived and felt extremely frustrated that they were unwilling to back their products. I had hoped to exchange the product and asked if they had another one in a box. The owner replied, "no", but as I went back through the store, I saw another one in it's place at which time she pointed to a sign which said, "No Refunds. No Exchanges." Very dissatisfied with customer service, the owner, and therefore the business they represent.
