I have to agree 1000% with the previous review left by *** They must have a mannequin sitting at a desk taking all of our callsThe hour wait, then being disconnected only to have to call back again is a real and true description! They required we send in our ORIGINAL Title and then we had to wait a FULL days only to get a letter in the mail that they DID NOT receive the original titleBut here's the kicker- they only have days TO WRITE YOU THE CHECK! What is this? How did this company come to be?? If you have had a similar experience please please write it down here on the Revdex.coms
Now they have our original paperwork- thank goodness we made a copyGood luck if you are in the similar situationAnd all of this came to be by an unwanted car accident from a woman who had Oceanside Harbor Casualty Insurance CoWhat kind of company would associate with Pearl Holding as a partner? What a sad cruel joke of a place this is

I handle liability billing in the state of Florida, and this company does not answer their phones. They leave you on hold for over 45 minutes, then the call will disconnect, and you have to start over. They deny almost all of the medical claims stating patient did not cooperate with the investigation, even when there are attorneys at fault causing PIP suits to be filed in an attempt to delay payment. The PIP adjusters do not return phone calls, ever, and they do not respond to submitted medical bills causing timely filing limit issues with health insurance. I work with every car insurance company in Florida, and Ocean harbor is by far the worse one to deal with. I would not recommend this insurance carrier to any body. They don't pay your medical bills and they have absolutely no customer service skills.
