As we discussed, Evans HOA Management Company LLC and Peaks HOA Management Company are two completely separate entities.Peaks HOA manages *** ***, which is the association where Mr*** owns property. As such, the complaint that Mr*** lodges should be, firstly,
addressed to Peaks. In response to his statement of the problem, the business practice of the association dictates how the budget (and therefore the reserve fund) is shown on financial statements In order to assist Mr*** with funding, I wrote a letter to two different mortgage companies explaining the process and had the Association's president come to my office expressly to sign one of the letters Arizona statute does not require HOA's to maintain a separate reserve fund - a concept that Mr*** would, or could, not accept. Key issue - Mr*** son was provided with a key I received a call from him that they key didn't work and had my handyman go over to the property to assist his son There was nothing wrong with the key and the homeowner was able to access the crawlspace for their unit. Payment - again, I advised Mr*** on how he may make payment for the assessment, based on the Association's business practices He would not, or could not, accept that an ACH transfer/withdrawal is not a service presently offered for the Association. Should you wish to review the mortgage letter or emails between Mr*** and me, please let me know
