Dear Ms***,
Thank you for your letter received in our office on July 16, 2015, regarding an inquiry submitted to the Revdex.com by *** ***
Mr*** initiated a *** auto policy quote through our website which listed himself, his wife, and two cars. At his request the policy was issued, and he confirmed the request by completing a *** auto policy application. After being notified that both vehicles were now registered in ***, we cancelled his *** auto policy and issued him a *** auto policy. As our pricing models vary state by state, it was necessary to order his credit information for both policies
I spoke with Mr*** by phone, and explained why his credit information had to be ordered for each policy. I apologized for any frustration the matter may have caused him, and I provided my contact information should he have any additional concerns regarding his insurance in the future
If I can be of further assistance, please contact me at ***, extension ***.
Sincerely,

Dear Ms***,
I am writing in response to your letter received in our office on May 20, regarding *** *** auto policy with The ***
I have multiple attempts to reach Ms*** by phone; however I have been unsuccessful in speaking with her. A written response was mailed to Ms*** today explaining that the draw from her account for May 22, in the amount of $represents the balance form the prior term combined with the renewal term down payment. An electronic withdrawal notice was sent to Ms*** on May 4, 2015, which indicated the amount of the draft
A payment in June, was not made as Ms*** made an on line request to eliminate a payment. As the June payment was missed and the billing date was amended at the customer’s request, this caused the last payment of the term to coincide with the renewal payment, creating a larger than payment amount. As the amount of the payment is accurate based on the coverage provided, we must respectfully decline Ms*** request for any refund of premium
Please feel free to call me at *** with any questions. Or, you may write to me at

Complainant: [redacted] Claim Number: [redacted] Dear [redacted] This will respond to your January 14, 2016 letter regarding an inquiry submitted to the Revdex.com by [redacted] The initial inspection and determination that the covered damages did not exceed the insured’s deductible was concluded and below deductible letter to the insured was issued on 7/23/2014; this is within 6 days of the report of the loss. The insured’s son became involved with the claim and disagreed with our investigation findings. Our additional investigation included the hiring of an engineer to assess the damages. Due to the continued disagreement with our coverage evaluation by the insured and her son; ultimately the Appraisal provision of the policy was invoked and payment was made issued on the Umpires Award determination. The Appraisal Award is inclusive of all damages related to the loss and is the binding resolution of the claim. If there was damage to the decking and costs related to the cleaning of a rug, it was the responsibility of the insured and their appraiser to acknowledge and present the damages for consideration by the Umpire, as the award rendered by the Umpire is deem to be the full resolution of all damages related to the loss. The additional damages now being presented by [redacted] fall outside of the policy provisions of coverage as specified by the Umpire under the Appraisal provisions of her policy. [redacted] has repeatedly been advised of the resolution of the claim under the Appraisal provisions and that no additional funds will be paid based on the rendering of the Umpires Award. I am rejecting this response...
because: The reason that was given to me were unreasonable. I was told that due to the fact that I had a speeding ticket they had to raise my rates, I received the speeding ticket in 2015, I was insured with them at the time if that ticket had any effect on my policy it should of been when I received it. Then I was told that since I question the price hike on my policy that I didn't except it then there was nothing that could be done. I did not receive a notice that my insurance payment was being raised I found out about the price hike when I called the company to find out why they had not deducted the payment from my account as always. I was told then and also told that I would have to take some type of test given by [redacted] for careful driving of some such nonsense. I explained that I was on a fix income and that I did not have that amount at this time. I have a budget that I allot my money to bills that have to be paid monthly and I try not to do anything before paying these bills. But to wait until day of and tell me that you have raised my payments. What can I do but say I can't afford that and cancel. I was put in the position to where as I did not have a choose. And when I called back my cancellation had been 35 days and they tell me they're sorry but they will have to charge me now $3000.00, with a $900.00 payment up front, and the reason is that I received a speeding ticket in 2015. Something is wrong with this whole picture. That's why I don't except their response.
Sincerely,
