Hi ***,I spoke to the insured today and he stated cancelling his bank account to stop the automatic drafts. We discussed if he had duplicate coverage that I would backdate the cancellaiton in effort to refund premium for over charged insurance. We require the proof of duplicate coverage
before cancellation. Once received, the backdated cancellation will be processed. I provided my email, phone, direct line and fax number to Mr*** in hopes he will respond accordingly. In December we left a detailed message for Mr*** to call us back and advised what documentation is required in order to cancel, but never heard back from the insured Once I receive the required documentation, I will proceed accordingly. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.Thank you,*** ***
This company customer service department lack of knowledge about documentation required by the Department of Motor Vehicles My driver's license was suspended due to the incompetency of this company I called over times, and each person kept telling me to call other numbers Nobody knew about a Proof Insurance Coverage Letter certifying that my car involved in the accident was covered by them the day of the accident Even though we sent a sample of the letter, they said that they do not issue those letters DMV indicated that other well known companies issues those letters all the time We could identified, that even though they are licensed to offer car insurance in FL they do not have any knowledge about Florida auto law and requirements Speaking to a customer service representative it was like telling a years old child what you needThey kept reading a sketch repeating the same over and over even though I explained them what I specifically needed I have been days with my license suspended, I can loose my job because I can't drive and they did not care Never use this company even though they can offer the lowest rate in the market

This insurance is a complete and total joke , I started my policy with them and paid almost 400 dollars just to receive my insurance cards along with a cancelation notice in the mail, when I called the corperation they were very rude , and hung up on me when I asked to speak with a supervisor, and then I only kept the insurance for MAYBE 2weeks, and they are charging me about 300 dollars for 2 weeks . Sorry sorry excuse for a Inuance company, I would rather take my chances with no insurance than have this insurance .

We are unable to move forward at this time and are also unable to provide the consumer with a timeline as to when this issue has been resolved. We have advised the consumer that he can go through his own coverage under his own policy. However, there is nothing at this point in time that we can do to resolve or expedite this claim.

Review: The insurer's insuree hit my car and I filed a claim. Peachtree has been ignoring my emails and has ceased contact with me. I can not get a response from them. Their insurer hit me and they are refusing my $1791.45 claim
claim #[redacted]
my statement to the insurance company
I was making a left from [redacted] Ave (eastbound) onto 24th st. I had right of way. there is a stop sign at 24th and 24th dead ends at
[redacted] Ave. From 24th you can only go left or right, 24th does not continue on the other side of [redacted].
The person that hit me was stopped in the middle of both lanes of 24th and a little bit passed the stop
sign. before I could finish making my left turn onto 24th he pulled out and hit my car. He started yelling and getting
irate. I got out of my vehicle and could smell [redacted] coming from his car. I had called the police and told him, at which
point he fled the scene. He came back and fled again, then came back. The police then showed up after he came back the 3rd time.
The police charged him with hitting my vehicle. Damage to my car was the drivers side rear fender and broken tail light. Damage to the his
vehicle looked to be paint marks from my car
Following his attitude and extreme anger I did a check on his criminal record and he has many for possession of [redacted] and [redacted] with intent to deliver, fleeing to elude police, operating an unregistered vehicle, and a plethera of other convictions. It is my strong opinion that he had something illegal in the truck and he fled the first time to ditch it. As he fled he was traveling at a high rate of speed down 24th where the speed limit I believe is 25. This individual is a danger to all those on the road, in my opinion, and consideration should be given into insuring him is in the best interest.Desired Settlement: I want my car fixed!!!!!!!!!
