I ordered a thermostat with a laser from them for $56.48 over a month ago. At first when it went passed the two week mark I decided to email them to find out what's taking my order so long. they emailed back with a fake tracking number. the next week I emailer them back they responded said due to the Pandemic everything wasn't running smoothly so I asked for refund. And some how when I tried to email after I began asking for a refund their email stopped working and my Emails weren't going through. And at this point I just knew it was a scam. on July 23rd at 7:53pm at night I got a email from them saying my package was delivered in my mailbox and I knew it was a lie because USPS had already ran and I had a couple packages in the mailbox from Amazon and nothing from Peach and Mango but when I got the email I still decided to check my mailbox anyway and still nothing was there...so I wrote them a message on the website saying that I wanted a refund because they are playing games masquerading around like a legit website stealing people's money. They to pretend to ship your product with a fake tracking number so they don't have to give you a refund because it's in there policy to protect them. It's sleasy and low down! Thank God it was only 56 bucks. But this website needs to be shut down.
On May 8, 2020, I ordered 2 hats online through this company. The total purchase was $42.28.It is now 6/26/20 and my products have not arrived.
On May 8, 2020, I ordered 2 hats from Peach and Mango online. My order number is #XXXXX. It is now June 26, 2020, and I have not received my purchase. The total I paid was $42.48. I have exchanged several emails with Luke in the sales department and he refuses to refund my money. He keeps sending me a tracking link that does not show where my purchase is. As recent as today, he emailed my and said my items have been shipped. The bottom line is, I paid for these items, they have clearly been lost in transit and I want a refund of my money.
I simply want a refund.
The package has arrived to its destination and is currently ono its way to the USPS for processing.

I believe the business that my purchase is now on it's way. If I do not receive it, I will file another complaint.
It is not 7/6/20 and I STILL have not received my purchase. When I go to the tracking link, it says my purchase as of 6/30/20 is still in California. I live in NJ. I am renewing my complaint and want a refund immediately.
I checked the tracking today. Yesterday, my items were in NEW JERSEY, the state where I live. As of today, they are in MARYLAND!?!? Just refund my money.
This website has been rated extremely poorly by many people and is often described as a scam. My dad tried to order hats from this website and our credit card (accurately) flagged it as suspicious and locked his card. He proceeded with the order without checking reviews on Revdex.com or TrustPilot and we never received any products from this website.

No settlement requested - for It would be ideal if Revdex.com could fine Peach and Mango or shut it down completely, to prevent more people from being scammed by this "business". There are many poor reviews for your consideration at Trust Pilot, Revdex.com, or their Facebook page. Thanks.
The item was ordered June 9, odour processing time is 2-3 business days and shipping timeframe is 7-14 business days from the time the order was shipped. They claim 2-3 days for processing (excluding shipping), but it took 14 instead (and only after a Revdex.com complaint). It seems like no coincidence that the item was not processed for 10 days and then supposedly "shipped" 4 days after my Revdex.com complaint. Furthermore, the tracking website they provided is rated extremely poorly (1.7 stars out of 5 on TrustPilot.com). Many people have reviewed it as inaccurate because it reports fake "tracking numbers" for scam websites. I would urge the Revdex.com to investigate that website as well.
