Dear Sirs;In response to ***J *** who bought a preowned Ford Ranger Serial # ***1 with 86,miles on the vehicle when it was purchased 05/17/17, your Revdex.com assigned ID *** that was sent to us 03/09/with Mr***'s comments. Conway
Heaton Incdid make a customer accommodation and paid for a wheel at the customers request weeks after the sale even though it was purchased "As Is" without any "We Owe" items due, the vehicle was also purchased without an extended service contract. Loose lug nuts would normally not stay on a vehicle in the time it took to drive back to Indiana from Bardstown but the dealership made the decision to help out our customer after driving the vehicle for over weeks. The information was that the customer acquire the bent wheel replacement from a authorized Ford dealership which was *** Ford. Mr*** was informed at that time that Conway Heaton was only going to pay for a wheel and nothing else. Upon receiving this inquiry have learned that Mr*** continued to call his sales person *** and according to him was going to destroy his reputation any way that he could, do to not paying anything else. These calls came every couple of months. Frustrated *** shared with Mr*** that the dealership had made the decision that what was compensated through the customer accommodation account was all that he was going to get from the dealership. He also shared that if he personally ended up with some extra money that he personally would try to send him money. This was never known about until this Revdex.com inquiry. Mr*** was aware of what Conway Heaton was willing to assist after the incident months ago.*** ***Conway Heaton Inc

Dear Sirs:
In reference to Ms*** Complaint, ID:***
Conway Heaton Incwas able to secure financing With Heritage Acceptance for her. We have a signed contract to purchase the vehicle dated Feb24, 2016. After she took possession of the car Heritage
Acceptance informed the dealership that after talking to her stated employer that she had just given her notice to leave. Heritage was still willing to extend her credit with different terms. When we contacted Ms*** to inform her that she would need to sign new paperwork, she stated that she no longer wanted the car and was moving out of state. After broken promises of returning the car, and not responding to text from our finance manager, he sent her a text letting her know that if the car was not returned immediately that it would be reported stolen and alert the police of the situation. The car was finally back at the dealership when we arrived the morning of March 3rd,
Ms*** requested a refund of her partial payment and was informed that was not an option do to the expense of repurchasing the vehicle putting it back into inventory, reconditioning the vehicle for retail and the use of the car that she took to Georgia, in addition to the miles that were put on the unit while in her possession

Regards, after talking to dealership they even agreed that with a used vehicle and their so called 100% check on their vehicles before being sold that they did feel responsible for tire falling offwhich luckily did not happen on expresswayI thought that my safety and time to be towed and replacement of damaged lug studs was well worth the that was paid thru mom and pop shop instead of big name brand business

On 9/24/2016 [redacted] came to Conway Heaton Inc. in search of a vehicle to purchase. During his visit here at the dealership Mr. [redacted] and Conway Heaton Inc. successfully negotiated a purchase for 2010 Dodge Charger. Mr. [redacted] before he would complete the transaction requested a...
copy of the auto history report, so upon his request we pulled the AutoCheck report and it clearly showed 2 owners and no accidents along with a clean history report on the title. Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with the information we provided so he purchased the car. Mr. [redacted] a few weeks later actually made contact with the previous owner and after seeing pictures of the Charger, he noticed there were some differences. Mr. [redacted] than questioned the previous owner and asked him why the grill, R/T symbol were different along with the fact that the front end of the car had no splitter anymore. Mr. [redacted] told Mr. [redacted] that he had been in an accident under his ownership and had it fixed prior to trading it in. After the body shop repaired the car it was slightly different from the factory parts but it was ok with him. Mr. [redacted] questioned him on who fixed the vehicle and he stated that it was Conway Heaton’s body shop. Mr. [redacted] then questioned the sales person on why the dealership withheld this information from him about the wreck and the repairs completed by Conway Heaton’s body shop. I informed Mr. [redacted] that the sales department was unaware of the fact that the Charger he purchased was actually in and had been repaired by our body shop, as we are two different departments working under two different buildings. I explained to Mr. [redacted] that it was not our intent to deceive and based on the AutoCheck we believed that the car was incident free.[redacted]Sales Manager Conway Heaton.
